It was average stay nothing overly exciting

The rooms felt extra small two queen beds, rooms were stuffy no air circulation even with ac/box going all night

large spacious room however the room lightign was POOR, dim and I couldn't see well.

The lighting in twhe room was very dim, I cpouldn't see well. On;ly 2 weak bed lights and a small wall light near the TV.

Great stay, wonderful staff, will def be back!

This is my second stay at this hotel. Both times were great. It’s clean, quiet and the rooms are very well laid out.

It’s really only a minor thing but the toilet paper holder is in an awkward spot in relation to the toilet. I found it easier just to grab the Kleenex rather than reach back to the TP holder.

Do your research and search for other accomodations

Easy check in; nice shower; clean room

There are better hotels in Peterborough, so search around. Here are my reasons: They use throw-size pillows instead of normal queen or king size pillows for the bed.. which I've never seen at a hotel before.. it felt like I was sleeping on a friend's couch; very loud heater that activated every 5 minutes (I had to use ear plugs to sleep); the breakfast offerings were gross and soggy; the gym equipment was cheap and the stretching mats had a ton of dirt marks on them; there's only a few parking spots, so I had to park far away in another lot; I got overcharged for my room (it was almost 20% higher than booking.com's confirmed amount) and it's been very difficult for the hotel to reverse the charges... even after I showed the front desk agent my confirmed booking total from their own staff via booking.com and email confirmation. As a result, I had to contact booking.com, send them information, and waste everyone's time in the process. In other words, the service was lacking and there was zero empathy for my experience. As one of the more expensive hotels in the area, I expected at least a 7/10 experience, but got 3/10.

An excellent place to stay..I will visit again

Breakfast wasn't exciting, I had an egg omelet. Really enjoyed the pool and the room was comfortable.

Friendly immaculate location is good for us!

Staff friendly and made to feel welcome in a very good location for us.

The landscaping is unkept. Some one needs to get out there and trim plant some flowers. Everything is over grown

No exhaust fan in bathroom. Shower very slippery needs a rough / ridged floor to shower.

Beds comfortable, whole facility was neat and clean. What we expected.

Breakfast food offered was mediocre. Eggs and bacon lacked flavor, oatmeal was barely warm.

The noise from the air air conditioning was excessive. It went on and then off multiple times at night. It is a good idea to keep cleaning supplies out of sight - especially close to the breakfast buffet.

Breakfast met my needs. The attention of keeping the various foods in abundant supply was very good.

I was in room 209 where a barn style sliding door is in place to serve as either the toilet or closet door but not both at the same time. The door is heavy and a smaller set person may have difficulty sliding.

The breakfast was very good.

Had difficulty getting in the back door coming from the casino. Had to get someone’s attention to get them to let me in once. As I am on oxygen it would have been difficult to walk around the building

The room size is big. Convenient laundry room.

They could put more variation for breakfast. We stayed for 8 nights, and everyday is the same thing. By day 3, we really dont have appettite for the breakfast anymore. Location is pretty far from downtown, and this is a town without uber service. So if you dont drive, it is a challenge.

Friendly staff, and clean and tidy property and rooms!

very clean and tidy. the staff were so welcoming. We came in really late, around 2am due to traffic delays and it wasn’t a problem! We also really enjoyed the hot breakfast that was included!

Great place to stay in Peterborough

Room very nice. Bed comfortable. Lots of plugs for electronics. Breakfast good, enjoyed waffles, hot food sauce, hash brown and omelette.
