Good location

The bathroom is not cleaned properly. Mouldy throughout the silicone around the bath area. The entrance to the terrace from the room is locked, and there is no access. No kettle and cutlery in the room, everything in the share kitchen. Was feeling like I was staying in student accommodation.

I will highly recommend this location for short or long stay.

The property was very clean and super easy to find , the apartment had everything you need , including a place where to prepare your food , forks , plates , glasses etc .

There wasn't a thing that we didn't like ! Everything was super nice !

Great location, close to the Kardiolita. 15 min walk

Smell of oil (chips,chicken nuggets)from kids' playing area. Didn't like noise of the ventilation during the night, was hard to sleep. Otherwise all fine.

We will consider to come back here next year! Other than small things we liked Zaliakalnio terasos!

We liked the location of the apartment! It's great to reach the city centre or other areas of Kaunas. We had a bit of a problem with the lobby door and phoned the number that came up on the booking.com, the lady who picked up the phone was really nice and understood the issue, next day it was fixed. We liked the terrace and spent a few evenings there, with comfortable outside furniture and swings. After all, every question that we had before the trip was answered right away, well done!

We got the room, with the kitchen. The idea behind this was to cook breakfast or make some snacks in the evenings, ended up not using the kitchen at all due to the heat and mixture of smells that you can't ventilate. The room is too small and too hot, there is no proper ventilation, windows are massive, but only the small ones that you can open, every day it was plus 25 Celsius in the room, kids were getting crazy from the heat, there was no way to keep the room cool. We put the kitchen extractor on, but it didn't help at all... There was other people's hair on the bathroom walls and in the bath, lots of them came off when my husband put the jet bath on. It was quite nasty, so used a shower for the whole week instead. The bathroom itself it's quite small, with no space to move, especially with two small kids that need to be showered, washed, etc. No bin bags, no dishwasher liquid, no kitchen towels to dry off the dishes, all these little things, but it is just small things that you can get in the shop, but if I would, I would have prepared for it, ended up running into the shop next day morning to get stuff. No one came through the week to clean the room or at least hover the floor. Sorry for the messy floor, but there was no broom or hoover to do it yourself or I couldn't find it, because, with kids, especially the ones that crawl and spend most of the time on the floor, hoovered carpets are a must. No spare bedding, and no spare towels throughout the week, knowing that is so hot in the room you sweat in the bed, you go for a shower more often... All these things need to be thought of. Also, we don't think that water from the tab is drinkable... The colour was yellowish/greenish, so we just bought the bottled water from the shop as didn't want to get poisoned.

To stay here, you have to come with your own cleaning supplies eg mops or you pay 15euros each time.

There is no staff around in this property. You are on your own.

This is a four day stay. There is no staff around in this property. The "reception" sarcastically told me their job is to give out keys and if there is any question, I should write an email to booking.com. I called them "reception" because I received an email calling them reception. The room is supposed to be cleaned at least once or twice. Surprisingly, The property asked me to pay them 15euros to come and clean the room. I then asked for a broom and cleaning cloth to clean it myself, but they refused. Had to stay in a dirty room for four days. I should have been told to come with my own mop and cleaning towels before hand. It is okay if you dont have any staff around, but a little warning to guests would have been appreciated. Imagine if I arrived with children, I would pay 15euros each day just to clean the room. Do not spill water/drink or have cookies fall on the carpet for your entire stay or you sleep with it.

Location is great you will everything you need around it. Property it self is great.

Place amazing, but there was no air conditioner, also our room was next to the shared bathroom. I could hear everything what people does in it.

bad first impressiom-lack of info

property was at good location everything was nearby. clean and comfortable

the first impression wasn’t great, lack of information given how to check into the room and no information given about their special parking spaces. when we arrived 6pm there was 3 different entrances, no sign where to go or given when booking in a message. we called and were told to go through entrance A, but even there it was kids play area and doesn’t look like your in the correct place. there was big car park in-front so we didn’t think of asking anything about it and weren’t asked anything. next morning we couldn’t get out of car park as turns out it was paid parking, when we called about this they said you had to tell us about the car as they have special 5 spaces that are free, no information on anything given. so we had to pay €38 as the car was parked overnight and were told its our fault that we didn’t say about the car. we think that information should be given ahead of time, especially when theres car park in front and anyone could think that they can park just there. they should put some basic signs where to go as its very big buildings with a-lot different businesses.

Well there is no real kitchen, a cattle though you can make a tea. There is only on key but the worse thing was that the conversation with the stuff was very bad. The replied very rarely and when they replied it was not really helpful...

I liked the space and the room was modern and clean

The staff weren't very pleasant .there was definitely a language barrier, the cleaner tried to throw us out on our second day and we were staying for a week, no one came to clean our room or change towels or sheets you also can't change the heating

Large comfortable room with jet bath and kitchen facilities. Bed was very comfortable. I went for surgery and it was just beside the clinic and right next to a supermarket and a lidl.
