Tout, l’accueil exceptionnel dès la famille ainsi que leur gentillesse et leurs attentions. La chambre est très bien aménagée et d’une propreté exemplaire, le lit très confortable. Le cadre est magnifique, à l’écart tout en étant proche de nombreuses choses à voir et à faire. Le cadre est magnifique, un jardin luxuriant, des logements traditionnels, exceptionnel. J’ai souhaité prolonger mon séjour et je prévois même de revenir avant la fin de mes vacances <3 Merci à vous pour votre gentillesse et à très vite.

Family atmosphere close to many interest place.

If you are looking for a quiet place, close to many places of interest but, above all, with a family atmosphere, this is definitely the place for you. I've been traveling for months and Yuli and Putu are at the top of the list. Always available to help and give suggestions. Cooking, laughing and joking. A real family.

Perfect stay in a friendly happy home.

This is a beautiful place. Yuli and Putu go out of their way to make you comfortable. Putu was my personal driver for 4 days and took me on trips to the waterfall and Art Market and Yuli makes a great breakfast and provides so much kindness and care. Whilst there I met with the local healer Agi, who knew instinctively where I had pain and set to work on my problem areas. Be aware though this is not a SPA massage, Agi is a healer and I was amazed by his knowledge. If you want a personal touch in a homely, peaceful family home. Serongga Guest House is where you need to be.

Happy Holiday in Homestay

My perfect hosts, Putu Julie and family for making me feel comfortable in their home. I recommend Serongga guest house. Location is central Bali, close to ubud monkey forrest, kanto lampo waterfall, and good Babi Guling restaurant. Very comfortable room with good internet. Garage to safe store motorbike.

Beautiful family

If you want to see some true Balinese culture, this is the place to stay. It’s the most local area we have visited and staying with this beautiful family has made our trip. The room is extremely clean and smells amazing, and the bed is like a cloud!

Do yourself a favour and stay with this lovely family, they'll take care of you like one of their own and make you feel truly at home. If what you want is an Authentic feel of Bali in a small family run property with amazing architecture (the home temple is stunning), and proximity to a main port, lovely beaches and breathtaking waterfalls then this is the place for you!

Your home away from home

The owners made a real effort to make us feel welcome. The rooms are set in a lovely tropical garden surrounded by buildings with traditional Balinese sculpture. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Nearby is the Pop Up Restaurant which has tasty meals at affordable prices. The internet worked well.

Feeling home in Serongga

Extraordinary friendly owner family, which helps whenever they can. They really try to make you feel at home. The room is a small, comfortable house in the middle of a patio oasis. If you want to learn how to prepare traditional local food, you should book the cooking class! :-)

Really nice and calm place We never met host as kind as this family. They really want you to feel at home and not as a guest They provide a lot of services : cooking class, massage with a healer, taxi, guide It was a perfect 2 days and I definitely recommend this place !!!

Very friendly family who ran this accomodation. In a very nice setting with a beautiful garden, away from the noise. Lovely little place if you want to explore outside of the usual spots.

I stayed here for 1 night and I wish I had had more time! The owners are so lovely and welcoming. The room is very comfortable and the bed is the nicest one I've found in Indonesia. The location is off the tourist track so it is a really nice opportunity to get to know some locals, wander around a real neighborhood and see Bali itself rather than line-ups of tourists all vying for the best selfie. The owners really seem to enjoy chatting with traveller's and teaching people about their culture. Staying with them was a really wonderful experience.

Perfect for a short stay.

It was an unexpected one night stay to bridge travel plans, host was extremely welcoming and friendly. Took me by own initiative to a local food market, showed me around and explained about local culture and habits. The facilities might be simple but the experience was great.

Putu and his family are very very nice people! It is a real homestay!! The garden is just beautiful, the room is big and very clean and the bed is huge and comfortable. We talked a lot with them and shared our experiences about LIFE. I would highly recommend!

If you want a real balinese experience in a real balinese traditional house, this is the best choice. Putu and his family are very friendly, they try to figure out every time what they can do for you. The bed is huge and very comfortable, you have your own big terrace. Everything is very clean. The room and the surrounding area is beautiful with a lot of flowers, trees. There are nice people in this village, you will see just a few tourists, not like in the touristy areas, but you are still close to Ubud and the waterfalls... We will come back again :-) thank you!
