About this villa rental

Well-being, nature and comfort. Fantastic Villa with a plot of 2000 m2, pool and own lagoon. Located in the middle of the beautiful rice fields where you can enjoy both tranquility and privacy, all this, being located 500 meters from the town and 5 minutes by car from the beach. The house consists of 4 bedrooms, two on the first floor and two more on the second floor, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and a spacious and bright living room to enjoy moments with your family. Outside you will find a terrace with barbecue, in front of the house is the garden with the chill out area to relax, and a few meters from the pool. The plot has fruit trees, organic garden and a large private lagoon, where you can observe many native fauna and flora, along with exotic and homemade animals. The house is located 500m from the charming town of Els Muntells, a small town of native people in the middle of the rice fields and 1 km from the Eucaliptus urbanization and the Trabucador beach. The town is famous for having starred in one of the episodes of the well-known TV3 show "The Foraster", which you can see in the link below. At your disposal you will have all the basic services; Food stores, an "all to 100", pharmacy, doctor, bars, restaurants, etc. The best way to get around the place is on foot, since the town is very small and can easily be visited. Around there are countless paths that take you into the center of the delta and that you can travel on foot or by bike. On the other hand if you want to make more extensive routes, it is recommended to use the bike, which will introduce you to the beach of the trabucador with less than 15 min. At the same distance is the Ebro river where you can travel the well-known route of the Greenway. At a similar distance is the Riet Vell nature reserve and the Laguna de la Tancada, with different observatories where the station depends will be full of majestic and typical flamingos, as well as a large and varied diversity of waterfowl.

Todo como describe el anuncio, casita rural en medio del delta con toda la tranquilidad del mundo. La piscina podría mejorarse pero no fuimos a esta casa por ello (aunque es un plus que se agradece). El unico pero que se le puede poner son las camas que son algo incómodas para mí gusto (aunque cada uno tiene un gusto diferente). Nos recibieron con un detalle de la tierra y nos despidieron con una sonrisa en la boca. Si podemos volveremos.

esta muy bien situado para conocer el Delta. Es un lugar tranquilo y esta cerca del pueblo (hay una pequeña tienda donde comprar). Los dueños la casa muy agradables
