Highly recommended

Very smart and spacious apartment, lovely and light, carpets were positively luxurious. Very comfy beds. Massive fridge and freezer. Excellent wifi.

The kitchen was well equipped however it was let down by there not being quite enough cutlery and wine glasses, no oven gloves and a fairly random supply of saucepans and bits and bobs. The shower in the en-suite was not as good as the one in the other bathroom! Be careful you don’t slip on the doormat by the flat’s front door.

Overall it was perfect for our stay

Location was great - stairs was a little tough and the Unit number should be on the door. Tried to get into the unit below by accident - luckily they weren't in. Communication with the mngr was great via the app. Good to have reminders.

The beds were not very comfortable. The bed on the second room had legs off and caused problems. I think that another arm chair would have been good as there were 4 of us and the settee is always difficult with 3 people.

Recommended, really nice airy apartment with great showers in a great location.

Spacious, light, airy. Great location. Near to the train station, shops, places to ear and a short stroll to the promenade. Really good showers. Comfortable beds. Lovely clean bathrooms. Had to call the team on a Friday night due to faulty smoke detector and was visited promptly (1 hour wait only) to solve the issue. Thank you as it would have been difficult to sleep and would have also disturbed the neighbours.

Stains on carpets, we suggest getting the vac spot wash duo. No drawers in the bedrooms for clothes and only 5 coat hangers in each bedroom. Kitchen cupboard and fridge grime around the handles - did clean them ourselves along with some dirty cups in the cupboard. Minor things as we still enjoyed our stay.

perfect for a short break - everything on your doorstep

excellent location - near shops cafes and the beach - good for dogs parking was easy & free and right outside

could have done with another settee in the lounge - the key box wasn’t in a very obvious location - had a bit of a panic before my son found it - a pic of the location would be useful

Great location. Lovely rooms and having 2 bathrooms was a bonus.

Not enough seats in the lounge. It needs another comfy chair or even a beanbag. Soooooo many emails and texts from the company.

brilliant location but too many messages telling me to be careful

The apartment was spacious, well equipped and in a brilliant location. The bed was really comfortable.

The amount of messages I received prior to staying at the apartment was off putting. I booked the apartment which was over £250 for 2 nights. I was then told that I must pay either another £25 damage waiver or £250 plus a £10 admin fee for damages. I duly filled out the requested forms only to be asked multiple times to complete them, even though I had done and messaged to tell them. When we got to the property there were a number of signs around the apartment telling us to take our shoes off and not to let our child run up and down the hall. I completely understand that the owner wants the apartment to be looked after but I found the extra money and all the messages about being careful, clean and quiet very off putting. It did not make me feel particularly welcome or relaxed which I should have done when spending £250 for 2 nights.

Good location , near bars and restaurants and shops

Kitchen tap exploded on turning on , had to mend myself. Not all windows able to open. Bathroom a little tight. Couldn’t work the hob.

Saltburn and the apartment exceeded my expectations!

Central location excellent, very spacious apartment.

Very minor improvements would make it more comfortable. Kitchen towel, soap in main bathroom, keys for bedroom windows, bins in bedrooms, more teaspoons, note on how to close ensuite shower door properly. All very minor.

Trip to Saltburn By the Sea.

Clean, spacious, everything we needed. Good help via txt, email from the owners which was helpful.

The two flights of stairs were an issue. My wife pulled a muscle and found the stairs difficult.

overall a great stay

lovely big open plan living space, huge fridge, good smart tally

few things missing in the kitchen such a tea towels and a French press. when we arrive the travel cot we requested wasn’t set up, after half an hour of struggling to set it up we realised it was broken. a quick phone call and they brought us a new one out which was great, but the hassle would have been saved if it was set up for us in the first place. there was also no additional towel despite the addition of the travel cot so I just ended up sharing with my baby, again not a big deal but something that could be easily fixed.

Lovely apartment

Very spacious, bright and airy. Great location too! Nice decor and good facilities.

There could of been a few more facilities in the kitchen for cooking. Also felt like there were ‘rules’ we had to follow - we had to leave the property in an immaculate condition (even though there is a £50 cleaning cost within the price) such as wiping down the kitchen and taking the bins out. We have a small baby and would have preferred not to have had to done all this at the end of our stay.

The apartment was lovely, cosy with everything we needed inside it's such a pity we went at a time when work was being completed and we were not even informed.

The fact that there was scaffolding up outside most if the windows including sitting/dining room windows and a bathroom.Also workmen appeared the next morning to fix the roof they were two workmen stood at sitting room level looking in at us!!! We had to go out first thing in the morning to avoid this, we had to have breakfast out.We were not informed about scaffolding and any work going on outside that building more so outside the apartment we were staying in!!! It was so unfair, first thing in the mornings hearing workmen and then seeing them looking in at us, it felt very intimidating!!!

Sofa not very comfortable, style over substance. Also 1 chair, could do with 2 comfortable sofas or corner sofa unit especially if there were 4 people staying at the property.

Its location, close to bars cafes and shops. Although not on the sea front the distance was not far It had Everything you could think of. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable

Brilliant apartment!

Lovely and spacious, clean,light and bright in lounge area due to 3 windows..open plan to kitchen which was nice.One of the 1st things you notice is how soft the carpet is!!Ideal location,short walk to beach.i could quite easily of stayed here much longer!I definitely recommend this apartment..lovely and quiet too .If you book here enjoy!😀🍦
