Very nice property Location with the walkway down to the dock over the waterway, quite special indeed

Easy to forget winter when staying in Tami’s wonderful house on a wonderful island in SW Florida with 75 and Sunny as the consistent daily forecast! House, location, weather and communication with Tami were wonderful. Being there so soon after Hurricane Ian was a concern I had. Happy to say that the house is so well built that it had very little damage compared to so many other homes I saw on and off the island.
Very comfortable, clean and up to date.
Thank you Tami! I hope I will be able to return next winter. I look forward to seeing the landscape redo!

Once we were on the island, you could not tell it was spring break on the the mainland... the beaches and water way were wide open and quiet, and no traffic. We loved seeing the dolphins and fishing off the dock. Per the home owner, we could use any of the many numbered “private beach” access points along the island that are for island homeowners. It was a very short and enjoyable golf card ride to the beach or out for ice cream everyday. Just tell the guys at the resort gate you are trying to get to coconuts or the restaurant, and they will point you in the right direction. We added a book of ferry passes to our stay (the more you buy the cheaper they get) so the teens could come and go back to civilization as much as they pleased. The whole property was such a comfy, casual, relaxing chunk of fresh air, we voted it one of the best vacations in years. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with us, Tami!

Very nice roomy house accurately described. We loved our 5 day stay! The location is fabulous for walking to the beach or kayaking/paddle boarding from the pier. We walked to the southern tip of Little Gasparilla and back along the beach...roughly 5 hours round trip (including shark tooth hunting)! We paddle boarded as well as kayaked every morning. SUP Englewood was amazing to rent from...they delivered the kayaks to our pier. We saw dolphins several times next to the kayaks. My fav kayak trip was through the narrow mangrove tunnel just south of the last piers on the west side of Kettle Harbor and north of Rambler Hole.
The house has a beautiful kitchen full of amenities. We shopped at Costco and Winn Dixie before crossing the ferry, so we were prepared to cook and grill. Did get ice cream at Coconuts tho!
We did run out of toilet paper and the golf cart would not charge one evening, but a quick call rectified everything!
Don't miss out on this sweet spot!

Loved the pier facility
Our #1 priority was the pier. It was new and lit. There was water and electricity at the pier. Very happy with the pier. It was a short boat ride to the marina. The house was clean and as described. Only disappointment was the view. It was almost “commercial”. But our priority was the pier facility. Including the golf cart was huge. It was a walk to the pier and the golf cart was very helpful. Also used the golf cart every day to go to the beach. Also used it for “rides” around the island.
All in all we were happy with our stay.

I am writing this review on the way back home from a fantastic month at this palm island home. It’s hard to list all the things we enjoyed during our stay. The beds are comfy, the house is very clean ,the furniture updated, the kitchen well stocked and the great room is so spacious, The sliding glass door to the screened in porch slide all the way back so when they are open the porch feels like an extension of the great room .We spent many hours on the dock fishing and our kids loved the paddle boards. The owners have left little touches like tons of beach towels and firewood for the fireplace.
But the biggest plus about the rental is the golf cart! It’s a game changer. Half the fun of being on the island is riding around in the golf cart and I know of no other rental that includes a golf cart. We had a great time carting our grandkids around the island in it. The owner was very friendly and quick to respond o any needs or questions we had.
This was our first time on Palm Island and we fell in love with it the beaches are pristine and seem to go on forever . Having a restaurant on the island is really fun and convenient. We found ourselves there frequently for a drink or dinner.
I wouldn’t hesitate a minute to enthusiastically recommend renting this beautiful home.

Quiet escape
We had a great time over the holiday enjoying the beach, the dock/boating, and getting away from the stress of our routines. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and was perfect for our family of 4. The golf cart was awesome to carry our stuff to the beach - a short drive away. The kitchen was well stocked and Tami was responsive to our questions as we planned our trip. We were very surprised and grateful to find a Christmas tree and stockings at the house for our holiday getaway!! Thanks!

Awesome home and vacation!
This home was bright and clean. Plenty of room for the 4 of us, would hold many more!
We had the best time here. Beds were comfy, kitchen is well equipped, golf cart was fun to have to head to the beach each day.
The dock was perfect for our boat rental and we even got to see a manatee there one day.
Would love to stay in this home again!

The home was nice, clean, and easy to find. I came by boat so had to use Google maps but the boat dock pictures helped narrow down which home it was. The island is nice and secluded. With it being August most homes were empty. The beach was about 3 minutes away by the owner provided golf cart. The only restaurant on the island was about a 10 minute golf cart ride. I'd recommend taking your own food, the restaurant wasn't very good even though we gave them three attempts. There are much better restaurants accessible by boat nearby. I'd strongly recommend going by boat if you can.

Myself and 7 of my friends stayed here for a birthday weekend getaway. We had the best time. The house is spacious enough for everyone’s confort, and the location was awesome!! We rented a boat from Allure Boat rentals (ask for Mike), they drop the boat off at the dock behind the house and pick it back up at the end of the day. It was perfect. The golf cart was great for all of us to bring our cooler to the beach and hang out on the private island all day. Just a tip: the ferry is $55 to get your car on and off the island 1 time, so get everything you will need from the store before hand. All and all we love Palm Island and will be back!!!

Had an awesome stay once again. We loved all the upgrades you did over the past year. House was clean and has everything you need kitchen and beach wise. We absolutely love this little private island. Can’t wait until next time.

Little Gasparilla Island Gem
All we can say is what a beautiful home and setting!!! The amenities were outstanding from cleanliness to unreal location. Freezing cold air conditioning, spotless showers and Bathrooms. Great bedding and utensils. Great golf cart to use and having a dock for even a 40ft boat was a bonus. Everything from fishing poles, umbrellas, towels and beach toys are all at this wonderful home. Thanks to T for sharing her home with us and we will book again for next year for sure. Simply Perfect!

Great place to stay while you enjoy the island and surrounding areas. The place was clean and quite. Dock was a plus! Family enjoyed the whole island. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home. Only issue we had was the garbage cans were already overflowing when we got there and garabage pick up wasnt until the day we left...

Beautiful home
The house is beautiful and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and the grill was great to have. I loved that the house came with the 6 passenger golf cart as that is the way to get around there.

Nice vacation home
We enjoyed our stay as always on Palm Island. The house was nice, Tami was great, all the kitchen supplies, etc were there and it was a bonus that the golf cart came with the home.

Private get away!
We really enjoyed our stay there. We brought our boat and it was perfect with the dock. We were out everyday all day on the water. I loved that the house came with a golf cart. We would stay here again! Tami communicated very well with any questions I had

Private Getaway
Tami took care of everything for our family. What a beautiful location with access to the dock, intercoastal and beach. The golf cart was a lot of fun to cruise the island. We loved it and Tami was more than accommodating. Wish we could stay another month!

Beautiful
We enjoyed our week, everything was as described, except for the grill is a gas grill and we didn’t need the charcoal, but no worries we used it in the fire pit at night! Golf cart was a great perk for getting to the beach. We even opted to walk most of the time just to enjoy the views. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your slice of paradise for a week only wish it was longer!

Paradise
We thoroughly enjoyed working with the home owner, the checkin process was very simple. The property was clean, organized and had everything that we needed. The Golf Cart was an added bonus, we really enjoyed using it and the beach chairs for our days at the beach.

Beautiful home in secluded quiet vacation spot
The house was perfect for our small family (plus child caretaker). We loved the quiet secluded location a short walk/golf cart ride to the beach on one side and with dock back up to the inner canal on the other side. The dolphin watching was amazing. The waves were calm and the water amazing for our little children. The beach was not crowded ever - usually one other couple at the most. Easy to get off the island if needed - we kept our car on the mainland for the most part as the golf cart was used to get ice cream and go to the beach.

Total relaxation!
Loved the upgrades! Still one of the best beaches ever👍

Xmas trip for the boss
The island was empty but that was because of the time of year that we chose. A good time was had by all though. Thanks!

Truly Amazing and Memorable Experience
Property is exactly as described and even better. Immaculate, decorated beautifully. The kitchen is one of the best-equipped that we have ever stayed in and this is critical as we are huge chefs and do alot of cooking. Cabinet full of spices, olive oil, etc. I could actually make great meals for our family! Too many positives to list. Please don't miss this property which in my opinion, is one of the best values and memorable experiences you and your family will have. Enthusiastic thumbs up!

Great Location
House was very clean and the location was perfect. Also the owner was very nice and made the stay easy.

Great property for multiple families.
Loved the house, Tami was great. The huge bar in the kitchen was awesome! However, my reason for 4 stars is the cleanliness was not up to my standards. The carpeting was trashed, the couch and the cushions were dirty too. Seems like the cleaning people did a minimal job.
4.8
Great location
We had an amazing time on the island. The house is great for gatherings and meals. The doors open fully into the screened in porch and when temps are cool in the evening it is so nice to have them open while relaxing in the living room. The owner was great to work with too. She was always responsive and helpful any time I messaged her from booking questions to questions about the island, etc. The paddle boards were so nice to take out early in the mornings and the backwaters were a perfect place to go explore.
