This 3 bed/2 bath charming cottage in the heart of Park Cities is walking distance to Snider Plaza, SMU and several parks. It has been remodeled with a new kitchen, gleaming white marble baths and hardwood floors and offers spacious living/dining areas. The appeal of this quaint charmer starts with the big front porch on a tree lined street & continues with modern conveniences like flat screens & a gas log fireplace. You’ll feel right at home in this quiet neighborhood in the heart of the city!

Our 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home is walking distance to everything the SMU/Snider Plaza area has to offer - restaurants, bars, grocery stores and great shopping! We are located convenient to Central Expressway which provides easy access to all things Dallas! Downtown, Uptown, Mockingbird Station, the trendy Knox-Henderson area and Northpark Mall.
Dallas Lovefield Airport is only 15 minutes away.

Our home is surrounded by 3 beautiful parks within minutes; Goar Park, Curtis Park and Williams Park - all with historic Turtle Creek waterways and lots of ducks, scenic trees and great walking.

Our cottage is great for families or hanging out with friends or colleagues, equipped with a great kitchen for cooking or entertaining.

On the first level of our home, you will find a living room, dining room, kitchen with breakfast area, and one guest bedroom that spaciously accommodates a double bed and a twin bed. The adjacent bathroom has a marble walk-in shower and beautiful Carrera counters.

A staircase leads to the second level where there is a cozy reading nook, 2 bedrooms, and a marble bathroom and double sink vanity. The master bedroom has a king bed with a large walk-in closet and a large flatscreen tv. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed and a large closet. Fresh, new bedding throughout the home. House easily sleeps 7 guests.

We loved our stay at the quaint cottage. It was adorable, comfortable, and clean. It was also well supplied in terms of kitchen items, clean and nice towels, washer/dryer, etc. The owners were very nice and extremely responsive to my questions. My friends and I had a wonderful time. We will certainly stay again and recommend to other friends.

My only hesitation in gushing about this place is my fear that it will be forever booked should we want to rent it again! The property feels like a home: lovely furniture, shelves full of books, and thoughtful touches throughout. Very clean! The location couldn't be better. To the west there are the gorgeous properties of University Park, with lakes and neighborhood parks. To the east you have SMU and Snider Plaza, with plenty of cafes and shops. When we had trouble navigating the cable, the owners were available to help and were a delight to meet as well. We would definitely stay here again!

The Dallas Gals loved our trip to the Big D. This cottage was absolutely perfect. The location, the decor, the owners could not have been any better! We felt like we were in a New England Cottage in the middle of Dallas! Can’t wait to return!

We came for the eclipse and had no other plans for Dallas. We definitely girly didn’t want to be out on the roads. This was the perfect place. It’s a beautiful house—even better than the photos. Great for relaxing and in a very walkable neighborhood so that we had groceries, restaurants, and great shops less than a 15-minute walk away. Would definitely stay again.

Its a repeat stay for us. Its always a wonderful stay - house is lovely, location is great - fun to walk to Snider Plaza and all the stores and restaurants there. Safe and beautiful neighborhood to take a walk/run in, too.

What a lovely place to stay... we felt like we were at a Nancy Meyers designed home. So comfy and beautifully decorated and right in the middle of University Park. This home had all of the comforts provided... down to iron and ironing board. The beds and linens were so comfortable. We visited family, we shopped, we dined and loved walking the neighborhood. Wonderful stay and we will be back. Host has excellent communication. Thank you Mark for the warm hospitality.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the cottage which is located in one of the best neighborhoods in Dallas. The host was easily accessible and responsive the entire time and it was an extremely pet friendly neighborhood, which was great for my dog. Would highly recommend for a low key and comfortable stay. I was in town for work and this was perfect

The house is lovely, the neighborhood is so nice to walk in and you are walking distance to Snider Plaza that has cute shops & nice restaurants. The owner, Mark is a wonderful host. We spent Easter weekend here with our family and we had the BEST stay! The cottage is decorated beautifully and so clean & well-maintained. The neighborhood is so charming and we walked everywhere -- Starbucks, shopping & restaurants. Mark was such a wonderful host and made our stay so easy & comfortable. We stay at the cottage for 11 days. The property is completely renovated with upscale kitchen and bathrooms. It was furnished nicely like a english cottage. We walked to local resturants and it's in one of the best upscale neighborhoods in Texas. We highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay here for our son's graduation weekend from SMU. It was the perfect location, as it is nice and close to campus. The house was as described on VRBO and in the pictures. It was very, very clean, had comfortable beds and bed linens. The bathrooms had nice quality towels too! Owner Mark was available if I needed anything. I would definitely stay here again!

The location is great. Walking distance to many restaurants and SMU. The home has everything you need and my communication with the owners was quick and easy. The pictures are completely accurate. I knew to bring eye masks because the window shades would not filter light. There is a film on the windows that prevents outsiders from seeing in during the day. The shades do not obscure your view of the outside at night at all. It was very disconcerting. Thanks to paper black out shades from Lowes, we were able to stay. I recommend amending the shades.
