We arrived at the property to meet a friend that was staying with us. When I saw the property, I was very disappointed. The house did not look like the pictures inside and out. The stairs were beginning to rot and the porch was dirty. The cleaners were there, and we had planned to return after they finished, but when we looked inside, it was a no for us. The couch was nasty looking.
I have stayed in many VRBO properties around the country, and this is the first time I was totally disappointed. We had to scurry to find a hotel room, so we didnt properly make contact with the manager. I have been in contact with her to resolve this issue, but WE DID NOT EVEN STAY THERE.
I suggested to the manager that she should have the property inspected and cleaned and repaired before renting it again.

The property was as pictured. There was ease of communication with the property manager and the check in process was seamless.
The parking was tricky because of the very narrow driveway but luckily the owner of the business next door allowed us to park in his lot, as long as we parked next to the wall.
The road noise was only a minimal issues and was drowned out by the AC units.

This is a cool house, very spacious, a lot of character and well appointed. Our only issue is there is a noticeable amount of road noise as there is a fairly busy road out front. It is not terrible, but it is a factor. However, the hosts were very communicative and great to work with!

The house itself is lovely and extremely clean. Communication with the manager was easy and the response time was quick. We loved checking out all Waco has to offer and we were pleasantly surprised how close the house was to everything we wanted to see. We also enjoyed the coffee shop and pub that was across the street.

This Vrbo property was PERFECT for our girls weekend away! The home was spotless and the interior design was very fitting for Waco/Magnolia culture. We cooked, enjoyed the porch, and spent most of the night in the living room catching up. The hosts were great at communicating and we would definitely book the home again!

We were in town assisting my sister to move to WACO so we were quite busy and did not venture out around the area much. It was so nice to have a beautiful and comfortable home to come to at the end of each unpacking day. The home is comfortable with comfortable beds.

Great home and only 5 minutes from Baylor.
We would stay here again. Great old home with lots of charm and character. Spacious rooms. On a busy road but that didn’t bother us. Would have liked better porch furniture though for morning coffee.
