Property exactly as advertised. Clean and comfortable . Everything you need is there-coffee, creamer, shampoo, soap and anything else you can think of. We had 2 boxers and they loved the back yard. House centrally located with easy access to Beaufort, Port Royal and not too far from Hilton Head. Will definitely be back!

We spent a month on Lady's Island. Nice quiet neighborhood with access to a water view. The home was close to golf, shopping, and about 20 minutes to Hunting Island. Beds were comfy. There was a security camera in the back yard Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed the house very much, exceeded our expectations, there wasn’t anything you needed that wasn’t there, very well kept and fortunately there was available time so we could extend our stay a day. Very quiet neighborhood, nice to right on the low country

Quiet spot
VERY friendly. Everything was clean. The best part is that many things are provided (soap, cleaning supplies, condiments, etc). Craig supplied all that we needed! Six miles from downtown Beaufort, but close enough to everything.

Peaceful
This is in a quiet neighborhood! Yard is great for pets. The king bed was comfy. The beat part is having amenities already there (coffee, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, soap etc). Much appreciated! Thanks Craig!

Great Vacay/Graduation Trip
Our daughter was graduating from Parris Island on 12/10/21, so we decided to make it a little vacation for us as well. I was able to work on line for a couple of days also. We loved the house, the backyard and our host Mr Archdr. The home is a split level, which meant all the bedroom & bathrooms are up about 8 steps, but that was no problem. Brooke Lynne our furbaby tremendously enjoyed her stay. Quiet street, nice environment and short walking distance to see the water. Beautiful area! If we ever make it back to Beaufort, we will stay there again! Short distance to Parris Island . Very convenient to groceries and restaurants.

Marine parents
The house was perfect for our needs. My wife and I along with my son's mother and her husband came down to watch him graduate boot camp. It was quiet and peaceful and only a short drive to alot of stores and restaurants. The area is beautiful.

Great community to vacation in
House was almost identical to my own, except I have a bathroom on lower level. Very close to the Marine Bootcamp base and we were there in a very small amount of time. Enjoyed staying there immensely and the view and trees.... WOW

Great location, comfy house
My family really enjoyed this property. Not luxurious but everything we needed was on hand. The owner has been very thoughtful about providing every amenity we could have wanted and more. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood too, with all the basic shopping just a few minutes away.

Home away from home!
We decided to leave the blistery cold of Michigan and work from 'home' in South Carolina for January and February. Craig's house is the perfect option! It was spotless, fully furnished with all the kitchen needs to cook at home, and had a big fenced-in back yard for our two Boston Terriers to play in. Beaufort and the surrounding area was beautiful. We spent a lot of time golfing in our spare time, and there are magnificent courses within a 2-hour circle, and some great local courses too.
Do NOT be concerned about the owner living in the basement. He is often traveling, and when he is home you would never know it. Very quiet, and separate entrance from the back. We never even heard him watching TV! But he's very responsive if you have questions, and a really nice guy. The neighbors are very friendly too.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Beautiful in Beaufort
Entry to the property was very easy & efficient. The property has plenty of outdoor space. The house was very supplied with coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, condiments, cookware, glasses, etc. They have ceiling fans in the bedrooms (which is a must for me!). The only thing missing during our stay was TV's in the bedrooms. Other than that, we very much enjoyed our stay there. Highly recommend.

Perfect
This property was perfect for us. We had 4 people in our party and the property has three bedrooms and a sleeper couch. No one was doubling up so this arrangement was great. All the beds got good reviews for comfort and there are plenty of linens and pillows to go around. The property was clean and stocked with plates, glasses, silverware, condiments, etc. It has a great sitting area in the side yard with string lights to set a cool vibe. The bedrooms are up about 6-7 stairs so take that into account for older or younger travelers. There aren’t any bedrooms on the lower level. This was a non-issue for our party. If you are looking for a place to stay that is close to Parris Island you won’t be disappointed... it’s about a 20 minute ride. We flew into CHS and that was about 1 1/2 hr ride outside of normal commute times. There is a Publix supermarket 5 minutes down the road to pick up all essentials and a decent assortment of restaurants within a very short drive. All in all it was a great stay at this property. If the location works, you can’t go wrong.

Beaufort Dog Friendly and Military Supporting Rental
Awesome location, very dog friendly with a fenced-in backyard and quiet neighborhoods to walk in. Loved hearing the Jets go over. Very close to everything. Anyone that can entertain my husband for an hour of conversation is a champion in my mind. Thank you Mr. Archer!

Serenity
My daughter and her fiancé arrived at the property before my son and I. I was apprehensive since this was my family’s first Beaufort experience. She called to say the back yard was HUGE! Following up to say “you’re going to be happy with this home Mom”. She was right. We were all very pleased! (Including our 4-legged guests that had this shaded beautiful yard to play in) We could tell that the owner cared enough to ensure the guests have everything they want to feel settled and pleased with their stay. There was so much thought put into making this property feel like home . We had everything we needed in the well-appointed kitchen. We prepare our meals rather than dine out, plenty of room at the dining room table. The gas grill was new! The outdoor patio area was so comfortable and relaxing and had the coolest Edison bulb lights stung high around the area for the perfect ambience.
Inside, there are two bedrooms. The beds were new and so comfortable, everyone was satisfied with the comfort and got a good nights rest. The bathrooms were spacious and had soap shampoo & conditioner for the guest. The property was very clean, one of the biggest fears I think we all have not knowing until we get there. I think the biggest delightful surprise was the gorgeous neighborhood with all the Live Oak‘s and Spanish moss, a canopy of trees everywhere you walked including in the very own backyard of this property. We walked to the marsh every day and even did some fishing. It was the most peaceful vacation experience I’ve had in a very long time. Hunting Island State Park was magnificent! It was a dream come true, almost like being stranded on Gilligan's Island!! So lush and unspoiled. My kids LOVED it! I didn’t want to disappoint them with a trip unlike our usual ‘place on the ocean in a more active populated beach’. We loved our peaceful, relaxing getaway here at this welcoming property and neighborhood and will definitely be booking again!
