Our Host offered to let us stray an extra day when the Dayton 500 was delayed until Monday.

Thank you for hosting us for our snowbird getaway. It was easy to get to and from the track for the Rolex 24 Hour race. The house was well supplied with everything we might need.
We especially appreciate your willingness to be a pet-friendly host. The fenced yard was a big plus!

We were here for a family reunion, and this lovely home provided a peaceful place to escape some of the crazy. The owner was quick to rectify an A/C issue and the house was large and well appointed for our needs. Having a washing machine and dryer was incredibly helpful, and the allowance for dogs along with a big backyard made it to where man's best friends could enjoy their time as well.
The house is a little dated and could use some love to return it to it's former glory, but overall I would be happy to return here.

Relaxing getaway
We were here for a family reunion, and this lovely home provided a peaceful place to escape some of the crazy. Location of the house was nice and convenient.
Neighborhood was quiet, except the four dogs in the yard behind the property, that constantly barked.
Host was super nice and quick to respond.
Cleaning service was an issue for us, as dog hair from what we assume was previous renters was still all over furniture and carpets. Another cleaning issue I will not post publicly as it's not on the host, but all is worth noting since you are charged a large cleaning fee when renting. The only other issue was the front door lock, it could literally take 3-5 minutes to get the door open, if it opened at all, as it's an extremely old lock. The whole cylinder was loose when turning the key and didn't want to engage. The alternative was sliding under an old garage door that's falling apart and using a secondary entrance which was very inconvenient and quite embarrassing as we had family in Daytona come over. Overall was decent but these issues being resolved, which would be a cheap easy fix, would have made all the difference in this experience. Many have had a wonderful experience there as was written in a beautiful thank you book, but unfortunately ours personally should have and could have been better. As is I would not recommend, but if these issues get resolved, then anyone would have a great experience at this location.

This place was so convenient for everything we needed to do. 10 minutes from Daytona International Speedway and 10 minutes from the beach. If you are feeling Ming to Daytona for a trip I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place.

The house was extremely clean and exactly what we was looking for. It was the perfect size for the 4 of us, the beds were comfortable and the sun room was a great place to relax and enjoy the weather. Jen was an amazing host and was very quick to respond. The location was great! Will most definitely be back.

Exactly what we wanted!
Had to work for 2 weeks in Daytona Beach and this was way better than a hotel. Loved the location and amenities.
