The house was adequate but a bit dated. Some of the furniture, dressers, kitchen items didn't work well. The numerous messages left all over the house about the consequences if we didn't do something right (like clog the toilet) were pretty tiresome for a vacation setting. Location was good and it worked for a family stay.

I've stayed in plenty of VRBO rentals and have nothing but 5 star reviews from the hosts, but the way that the host use stage their cameras and use them is creepy at best. I would not stay here again, I would not use any of their properties. My stay was with my two young children and their grandparents, a quiet stay that definitely did not require NSA level of surveillance.

This home has a beautifully designed front and back yards. You can just choose your sun or shaded area and kick back. The pool and spa were were awesome. The home was clean and comfortable with everything you needed for a fun and relaxing time. The kitchen was stocked with quality cookware and dishes. We highly recommend this place. Great restaurants near by and not far from the strip.

Check in process was annoying, several people contacted me. House was not as clean as you would expect; even for an outdate older home. For all the notes & rules you would expect it to be white glove clean. Seems the real owners have not been to the property in a long time & the management company does not tend to the or as they should. Pool had Algae growing in it!

Property was as listed. They followed up with more pertinent details. Cleaned the pool by their recommendations and it was lovely. Thanks for having us

The home and property was exceptionally beautiful. It was truly an oasis. The pool was awesome! The home was clean and had everything you needed. Many times the kitchen is not stocked with the essential items needed for dining in. This kitchen was stocked with quality cookware and dishes.
Thanks for a great experience!

Check-in was easy, but involved correspondence day before travel. Home could use a good, thorough cleaning and wish we could get a refund on that fee. Dishwasher was broken and we were not advised in advance. Thanksgiving dinner dishes and pans all washed by hand. With all the notes posted all over the house of what to do and not do, a simple phone call or text from owners about dishwasher was needed. They just obviously did not want to deal with us during the stay. Nice backyard and well stocked kitchen, but that’s about all I can say that is positive.

The description was spot on. We loved the room and the private area the house is located in. The pool was nice during the 105 temperatures. Close to many amenities.
We really enjoyed having air hockey tournaments.

Last stop of family road trip
I will start by saying that I would have given this property a five star review, except there were a few hiccups in the beginning that affected my review. I will state that the owners were in constant contact and we’re doing everything within their power to rectify the situation. One of the issues was totally out of their control, and the other issue was with the pool cleaning and tree workers that showed up to trim the palm trees. This Dilemma may have just been a miscommunication amongst the landscape/pool staff, But did prove to be an inconvenience for one of our vacation days. Once that was settled, our stay was wonderful. The house is lovely… With plenty of space for our family of six to spread out… And also large gathering spaces where we could come together to eat, watch movies, hang out by the pool, and take advantage of the amazing tiki patio area! I would just suggest a few lounge chairs near the pool. The owners have put much effort into the “oasas” feel of the backyard … And the greenery and extensive landscape design… Provides a welcome lush relaxation spot… Especially in this very hot dry climate in the summer. The house comes equipped with all of the basic necessities and the property is within close distance to many store/restaurants. I thoroughly enjoyed being close to the action of the Vegas strip, but far enough to be able to enjoy a more quiet, peaceful stay when some downtime was needed! We had a wonderful stay in Las Vegas, thanks for hosting!

Central location
We stayed here as a central location to Vegas, the Hoover dam, Grand Canyon, and Zion. The house was fully stocked with cooking utensils, spices and I loved having two washer and dryers (helpful for a family of 5). Sable was very nice and responsive to text messages and the suggestions for restaurants and things to do around the area was very helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Poorly Managed and Terrible Communication
After booking this property on vrbo.com, I received multiple emails from several property management companies and a contract stating the pool was closed. I contacted the main property management company and they reported they could not contact the owners and they only knew the pool is not heated. A pool that is not heated in March for Spring Break in Vegas is a joke, all the photos show a usable pool, nothing states the pool is closed or unheated until I paid. This whole listing is false advertising. After multiple attempts to figure out the pool situation, we stayed elsewhere! Do the same!

Vegas get away
Pros: The stay overall was good. The house itself was welcoming and the keyless entry was convenient.
Cons: You have to jump through hoops to get confirmation and then you have to talk to owners on the phone to speak your intentions of the stay and if they approve then they will send another contract to sign. The post said it’s a quiet neighborhood but one of the neighbors had a party that went on for two days. With all the mentions of paying extra cleaning fees the grill wasn’t clean prior to our use. The hot tub took forever to heat up. The rules and instructions around the house are over the top.
I feel we left the house cleaner than when we came in.

Good stay overall
The house was clean and everything was as listed. I was put back a bit by the last minute communication that I received by the owner stating I needed to agree to a separate contract. Apparently they have had guests trash their properties which I understand after speaking with the owner. Do yourself a favor and don't let this get under your skin like I did.... The house had everything we needed and featured a well equipped kitchen, we had a fine stay.

Great house, would book again
This was the perfect place to stay for our family. My kids loved the pool, hot tub and the assortment of games available. Host was wonderful. The worst part of the whole thing was leaving. It was just what we wanted.

Perfect for our group!
This was a great trip thanks in large part to this awesome house! It was clean and modern with a fantastic backyard pool. We were able to relax and enjoy hanging out at the house. This was our 5th annual guys trip and the first time not staying at a casino. We all agreed that this house will be our go to Oasis in the desert in the future!!

Vegas Oasis Condo
Our stay at this condo was beyond our expectations. The unit was extremely clean and very welcoming.
You're surrounded by unsurpassable beauty. The back yard alone is absolutely beautiful, very secluded. The home was very well taken care of and could easily be described as a home away from home.

Worst stay EVER!!!
This situation turned out to be a nightmare! The property appeared to be beautiful from the pictures on the Vacation Rental Website, however, it was not at all what it looked like online. It was an older property that was not very modernized. Most of the vacation homes we have previously stayed in are upgraded, updated, with beautiful furnishing. This property’s furniture was very old and worn-out. But worse than the property was the owners, who before arrival sent me a contract, outside of the vacation rental company, which required that we clean the property before leaving, even though a cleaning fee was already included in our bill. We had to wash the dishes and put them away, wash and fold the towels, put all the outdoor furniture back in its original place; and various other things that most Airbnb’s do not require. And to make matters worse the power went off as we were checking out. The owners called me the next day stating that the dishes were not washed, the refrigerator was leaking, and there were cigarette ashes on the floor and broken glass. I let them know that no one in our party smokes cigarettes or anything else and that we had taken pictures when we were leaving as evidence of how we left the property. The owners called me later that day to let me know that their power had been shut off because they did not pay the bill! This is the very reason why we did not turn the dishwasher on because their power was shut off! I even talked to the cleaning company, whom he (the owner), gave me the name and phone number too, they could not believe that I had to endure such a horrible experience! I would never rent this property again, nor do I suggest it to anyone who is looking to have an enjoyable vacation! These owners will make your vacation experience miserable!

Nice house in a nice quiet neighborhood. Short drive to everything, but far enough out to hang out in the back yard peacefully.

Be prepared for a lot of rules
So even after booking through VBRO I was required to sign another contract with the host, and I paid through another vendor, evolve or something like that. Which I’m not sure is even kosher considering they listed this on VBRO. It took me calling them twice in order to get instructions and access to the house. There was only 1 towel per person, which were very small towels anyway, and they have a pool and a hot tub! So we spent a lot of time trying to dry towel to use for a shower after the hot tub. The grill worked, but barely, it took over a hour and a half to cook the chicken we bough bc it wouldn’t get any hotter than 300-350 degrees. The propane to the the grill was from the house somewhere so it wasn’t bc of a empty/faulty propane bottle. And the dish washer didn’t even clean the dishes, we had to wash them by hand even after running it 3 times. There are signs everywhere with rules, rules and more rules. I understand wanting to keep your place nice, but if you are going to have all of these rules, extra fees and difficulty to get in touch with, you should make sure everything in the house is up to date, working well, and well supplied. We even had to go buy more TP. There was only one extra roll in each bathroom and we were there for a week with 6 people.

This house omg
This house has to many rules it's ridiculous. I felt like I was at a strick relative house. The owner must be live close by or have family close by because they had someone peeping at us the whole time, and that's not included with the cameras all over. I also think there's some in the house because something was talking in there we just couldn't Find it. Overall, This was an horrible experience. It's $50 to get from the airport, and the strip to this house...The listing says a few miles when really it's 25 miles away from everything. Also Nobody like to come back there for delivery. That house was a waste of almost 2 Grand. Never doing this Ever again. Poor advertising of this listing. House smaller than it looks with stairs smdh.

Great property, we had an awesome time!
While you not have stunning views of the Las Vegas Strip, this property is a real gem. The home is well taken care of, everything inside was very clean and functional and the owners were very responsive.

Excellent
We stayed here with our family of 8 and it was amazing. The pool was perfect, the hot tub was relaxing and the house had everything we could have wanted. Everything was well labeled so we could find and use what we needed. There was plenty of room for the adults to relax, while the kids hung out at the pool or downstairs watching TV (they had AppleTV and cable so there was plenty of choices) The house is really close to the grocery stores and other shopping. There is a great space with a BBQ for eating outside. It was a great jumping off point to see the Las Vagas sites and we also went to Hoover Dam and a couple of fun hikes. My kids keep asking to go back, we will definitely book again.
