3 bedroom, 2 bathroom with private heated pool, hot tub and golf course views. Located in the quiet community of Johnson Ranch amenities include, a full 18 hole golf course as well as 3 community pools. 50 min from Sky Harbor, 25 min from Phoenix-mesa Gateway, within walking distance of Fry’s, Walgreen's, McDonald's, Jack in the Box, Pizza Hut, Bank of America, Blockbuster and large variety of restaurants for both take out and eat in. Home is fully furnished and includes wireless internet (WiFi), cable and local phone calls.The home has a queen bed in the master bedroom with ensuite while the other 2 bedrooms are outfitted with a queen and 2 twin beds. Washer, dryer, dishwasher and air conditioning.

Attractions: Only a 30 min drive to Goldfield Ghost town and another 10 min from Canyon Lake. In the other direction, we are only 15 min from Casa Grande national monument ruins built by the Hohokam Indians.

This is our 4th stay at this property and if available again when we come to AZ we will stay here again. The property has all the amenities needed for day to day use. It is completely a home away from home and the host is amazing to work with and always accessible if needed.

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO rental! The house was impeccably clean upon our arrival, making us feel right at home. The amenities were top-notch, including a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable living spaces. The highlight was definitely the private pool; it was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The outdoor area was beautifully maintained, providing a great spot for meals and lounging. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait to return!

I chose San Tan Valley to stay so I could evaluate the area for a potential move in the future. I really enjoyed the area and this home. The house was beautiful and provided all our basic needs. The pool was phenomenal and so clean and refreshing. The neighborhood was quiet and I loved being able to watch the wildlife on the golf course while floating in the pool or sitting on the patio.

First, the host gave us a prompt response to the initial situation. There were no sheets on the bed, no towels and nothing had been cleaned. Wade was right on it. Later that evening a cleaning lady arrived did a great job especially considering she was by herself. The end result for us was, we ended up with a clean house, but we were unable to unpack or enjoy the indoors until almost 9:30. By then, we were ready to put the grandkids to bed. The shower in the main bathroom doesn't work. The smoke detector in the kitchen/living room area is hanging from the ceiling. There was 1 washcloth for 4 people. I had to go to Fry's and while I couldn't find washcloths, I was able to buy the loofa nets for each of us. I requested the host to consider refunding us the cleaning deposit considering the circumstances. No response. None at all.

It is a very nice property and communication was great and professional. I hesitate to say anything but I’m not sure the owners are aware that their cleaning crew isn’t doing a top notch job. Baseboards and along the floors by the baseboards are not clean, the pool may not be filtering correctly because there were quite a few bugs and foliage in it. I would also recommend some sort of blue tooth speaker for the patio area. None of this was severe enough to deter us from staying again but I just think it needs mentioning. Overall it is very nice.

This is a lovely property with comfortable beds, a secluded backyard with a heated pool and large hot tub. This home is well appointed, though you might bring your own paper products and spices. Such a relaxing setting, with nearby grocery shopping. Wade made the checkin and checkout a breeze. It is a little drive from the airport, but I would definitely stay here again. A great get-away spot!

We stayed 1 week in early January. Property was very clean, quiet neighborhood and great location. Close to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping just a short drive. Communication with home owner was quick and he was very friendly. Pool was heated and hot tub was fabulous. If you are a golfer, its right on the golf course! Would stay again.

We stayed 6 nights and didn’t really want to leave. Wade is an absolute pleasure to work with. With our flights so early in the morning checkin/checkout were seamless. The home was ready to go for us and the pool was warm. Awesome!. I would recommend this property with the highest regard.

A great location if you want to get away and relax. The pool and hot tub were great. Backyard is a golf course. Neighborhood is very quiet. One thing to know, there is a grocery store and fast-food restaurants close by, but sit-down restaurants are 20 minutes away. I would stay here again if I am back in the area.

We came out to meet our grandson, who had just been born, and decided to stay in the same neighborhood we did last time we visited. We found this house, and it was. perfect. The house is well laid out, and the pool was perfect. Having access to the garage was a definite plus. The online description of the home was spot on. Wade was responsive and easy to deal with throughout our stay. The house looks even better in real life and the pool and hot tub were meticulously maintained. The yard is fabulous, right on the golf course. Safe neighborhood, excellent location close to amenities! Community pools are an added bonus but the backyard pool is just SO amazing. Second year staying here. Wade is great communicator. This place is very nice location is great, house is clean. Beds are comfortable, showers have plenty of pressure, hot tub is great, pool is very nice. We will be booking again.
