Needs investments for update to a decent standard
The view to the sea was very nice, the terrace was also excellent, the host was very pleasant and open to our request (he brought newer towels and toilet paper), very good chats, intelectual (Mr. Luka is an retired engineer and Mr. Antonio is a teacher). However, the place needs a major change in the cleaning services, and also new investments to update to a normal standard (bed linen, Air Conditioning, TV, a shower rather than the very small tub). Also, parking places were also a plus.
We found a major cleaning issue, starting from bathroom, closets, sheets, dishes, table, toilet seat. Old gear (TV, fan, dishes support), old sheets, old towels, broken toilet seat, wooden small chairs in the rooms from last century, doors that were making a lot of noise when opening and closing, disturbing at night the whole apartment. Bathroom was extremely small, a very tiny and uncomfortable tub, a window to a wall, not properly ventilated. No air-conditioning, not enough toilet paper (1 roll for 7 people for 4 days - we had to request and they provided additional). We had to pay cash, card they did not accept.

Great view
5 minute walk from beach. 30 minutes to Trogir. Private outside area, good private facilities. Fan provided for hot weather. Parking provided. Good view of beach. Family orientated business and very friendly.
Washing machine was broken at time of visit. Trash needs to be taken a few roads away. Wasn't clear on check in but resolved quickly by phoning the contact number provided. Cash only payment excepts HRK or euro
