Disappointing

The kitchen & room were ok

Noise of the pub, no info on how to get wifi, not that clean, noisy slamming doors, no communication when I asked about accessing wifi, at £130 I felt a bit ripped off

I nearly didn't stay when i first arrived.

Bathroom was good and modern with a decent shower. Kitchen was okay but shared.

Booked as i thought the kitchen was part of the apartment i was booking. It was shared. Felt more like a hostel/uni dorm room next to roadside and above a pub, not usually an issue but was so noisy here! No curtains, just a white blind. Beds looked like something had been chewing them. Kettle was vile and had mold spots in it Advertised as serviced apartment... Nothing got serviced at all.

We can’t complain about anything , great price and as we were only needing a room for a rest before an early airport departure it was ideal

Pub next door, screaming,shouting and police. Fire doors in the building banging closed all night. Wasn't private parking it was on the main road.

The noise from the pub downstairs was offputting and upset my little girl. Room was clean however.

The room and attached shower room was clean and tidy, well decorated. The room had everything required.

It needs to state more clearly there is a noisy pub right below the room and at weekends the noise goes on until the early hours. No good for those with young children. The doors slam very loudly in the hallway. Kept windows shut because of the loud traffic. The rooms would be best served for young people or someone on their own. The advert also seems to hint there is a kitchen in the apartment, not so. These are rooms with an attached shower room. The kitchen is a community kitchen shared by all the rooms.

it was very last minute and I wasn’t expecting it to be as nice as it was.

it was quite contemporary. and the bathroom was really quite nice.

the only fault if I’m being picky was there was no mirror in the bathroom.

Do not stay here unless you like loud music

Facilities were good.

We were subjected to extremely high levels of noise from a band playing in the pub next door. It was impossible to sleep until after 12.30 and even then we were disturbed by drunken people outside and people slamming doors inside. It's not acceptable to let out an apartment in the full knowledge we were going to be kept awake. The whole idea is to be able to rest in reasonable peace and quiet after what was for us a very long and tough day cycling.

Lovely place only down fall was noise from the pub.

lovely clean rooms, newly decorated and bathrooms really nice.

The noice from the pub which is downstairs was so so loud. Really struggling to get the kids to sleep till the karaoke finished. I was not aware the rooms were above a pub when booking.

really enjoyed and will be back.

great location, property was spotless, room was lovely and comfortable. there are shops very local and plenty of fast food options too. views from the kitchen so so as sun setting and bedroom as sun rising were highlights.

couldn’t get the hot water on for a shower at night and wasn’t able to get the heating on at night as it was a little cold. not a big deal as we were still comfortable and able to shower in the morning.

Don't stay over a weekend, apart from that good.

Hotel was in a great place for Prestwick Airport and in close proximity to some restaurants and take aways. The bed was comfy and the shower was excellent. The room was clean and the TV had many channels.

Where to begin... in the room the 'curtain' is about as thin as tracing paper so all the ambient light from the outside streetlights hits the room. I arrived on a Sunday evening and the noise from the pub downstairs was unbelievably loud in my room, this lasted until midnight. The noise from the road outside is awful, this accompanied by the pub noise made sleep impossible until way after midnight. Although. for the rest of my stay, I never heard a noise from the pub again. I would stay well away if you wished to stay Fri-Sun. Was required to check-in at the pub bar and was full of drunks.
