the food was excellent and the location has access to shopping and main highway. The hotel is a designer hotel and very fancy. Beds were comfortable

the parking is the next door garage and it cost $45 a night. Hotel is in a very crowded area and getting in and out with the car was taking too much time. The staff were not as nice as the hotel was. Generally it is too pricy for what it is.

Beautiful, comfortable and great location

Love Assembly Row area and how close it is to my daughter In Charlestown. It has great shopping, food etc If you want to stay away from downtown but be close enough to Uber it’s great. Staff were wonderful-our valet parking was excellent! The breakfast buffet was delicious

Great location in a nice shopping area.

The location is great. Right in the shopping area and only a block away from the metro station. Modern and clean hotel with a nice buffet breakfast.

The staff at the front desk while Checking in was very rude. They rooms could have better curtains .

Had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Row Hotel! Everything about the common areas and rooms was designed beautifully, giving a feeling of comfort and luxury. The amount of space in the rooms was also fantastic. Would love to return here when I come to Boston!!

There’s nothing that I didn’t like, but it would be nice for the self-parking to be better marked. The card payment machines in the parking garage were also difficult to deal with.

Nice and clean, staff needs improvement.

Big, clean rooms at an ideal location. Hotel is visually appealing an nicely decorated. Gym and Pool facilities are nice.

Pricey and a bit “dry”: Lobby staff could use more smiles and courtesy. They’re correct but very brief, you almost have the feeling you’re bothering them. I expect friendlier answers from an Autograph collection staff. Also, thinking for the customer would be a plus - if I have a room with a bed sofa for my kid, why do I have to call them to have the bed sofa made?

I'm general this place was amazing! Awesome balcony! Windows open! It's in distance of the memoroire night club. And millions of great places to eat. The pool was super classy. The whole place was elegant. Affordable. Comfortable.

There could have been more of a kitchen area & a jacuzzi or a rooftop terrace.

Wish we could have stayed longer!

Everything really was wonderful, the room is spacious and comfortable. The hotel has a very modern decor and location could not be better.

Maybe a bigger variety of breakfast choices from the restaurant or at least some additional options from the pantry for a quick breakfast.. cereal, yogurt, fruit, croissants, hard boiled egg, etc. Also I was told upon arrival and when I left again that booking through third party sites does not guarantee room choice. I always book through third party sites and have stayed at Marriott before and never had that be an issue. Not sure why this time around it was mentioned multiple times to me.

Great stay with many walkable options for coffee, dining and shopping.

The hotel is beautiful and well-kept. Pool was fantastic and the property was nice all around.

No room service (though they do offer a “to-go” option from their bar/restaurant. Parking is valet only.

The place is beautiful and well maintained.

Deceiving breakfast. I was under the impression it was included, no one said any different, until the $84 bill arrived. I paid and I while in theobby the waitress came out and embarrassed me saying I didn't pay... And gave me the same slip to sign again. Also, when I woman at the desk explained the parking, I understood it as valet or I pay $55 at self park garage... Surprise! It was $55 valet added on my tab and he still waited for a tip

Love this hotel's location, but it needs more amenities for the price.

This hotel is good for the value, however there isn't any room service, nor is the ice machine very accessible.

I enjoyed the coffee on the second floor , that was nice.

The way one particular staff spoke to me. I felt like I was being talked down too, maybe she wasn't happy I was there, or maybe she was having a bad day, still nothing to do with PAYING GUESTS...

Superb

Good breakfast buffet with plenty of choice. I liked the fact that you can ask a take away breakfast if you are in a rush. The location is in a new part of Boston area full of outlet shops. 10 min from Boston centre and 5 min from Somerville center

there is no restaurant in the hotel and no room service that's a bummer. There is a bar service at the start of the evening. Could be lengthier. A restaurant could help even though there are plenty of choice at walking distance.

Loved the coffee bar on floor 2, there is a coffee machine, assorted milks, microwave, fruit, water and ice…this allowed me to make myself a coffee easily when I was working from the hotel room all week! And the wifi was great for work! No issues. Great hotel overall!!
