Gewoon zoals t hoort.

Gewoon goed, zoals t hoort. Redelijk ruime kamer, schoon en netjes. Goede bedden en douche. Ontvangst en receptie uiterst vriendelijk. De steigers rondom t terras ontsieren, maar daar is geen overlast van en t werk moet natuurlijk ook gebeuren.

Het restaurant heeft n redelijk beperkte kaart en de prijs kaliteit verhouding is twijfelachtig. N burger blijft n broodje gehakt, hoe je m ook serveert of noemt en dan is 21,50 best prijzig. Carpaccio is dan wel weer prima, evenals de bediening.

Het terras trok op niets Stellingen aan de kamer door de werken Mocht wel vermeld worden Of toch een andere kamer voorzien zijn

I wouldn’t return.

The restaurant is great. They have a huge, free parking, which is very rare in Utrecht.

It was quite dirty. We had issues with our payment. When we checked in the person at the front desk didn’t know the difference between a credit card and a debit card and we ended up being charged twice, once when we arrived and once when we checked out. We had to wait more than two weeks to get our money back and the people at the hotel refused to speed up the process.

Pleasant

The breakfast and the persons were really nice.

There were lots of mosquitos. The room we stayed was on the first floor, so we heard every noise. In addition to this, the balcony was combined with the other rooms'. Moreover, in the room there were no slippers and also bathrobe set. The bed was comfortable and seperate for 2 people. So, it can easily glided easily. Lastly, spa was open for a short time unfortunately.

Reasonable option for short stay

Room size was fine , matress was excellent, pillows as well.

Bathroom had hair from previous guests. The carpet had few stains and the hotel didnt offer slippers which i find non negotiable when they have a carpet on the floor which cant be cleaned enough. Breakfast was limited . Was ok but limited .

Nice hotel and spa, good location- outside of the city but you can reach the city center very easily for example with bus. Free parking. Check out by 12:00 is an advantage

I ordered a birthday package and they forgot to prepare it :( Very disappointing. The bathroom could be more clean.

It was clean and modern, but staff can be more polite.

The wording on Booking.com made it seem like breakfast included. The staff were quite rude when I insisted that I thought it was included, saying well booking.com should never offer breakfast included. They were not really helpful, except the evening concierge who helped book my morning transfer to the airport.

I don't like the way the booking process happened. I was prompted to upgrade my room with a balcony. Then prompted to upgrade my balcony with a view (really!?) and the wording made me think breakfast is included. I feel duped and on guard now when making further bookings with Booking. com.

Wouldn’t stay again

Rooms modern & nice decor

Location in the middle of nowhere, no shops or restaurants around, restaurant menu in hotel very limited and overpriced. Need public transport to go anywhere. Myself and my partner left covered in bites, assume this is bed bugs as we didn’t have the window open for it to be anything else! Staff were nice but disappointed with the price we paid for this hotel.

Would stay here again.

A beautiful hotel with excellent facilities. Everything from spacious bathroom to a good sized room, exceeded our expectations, especially after a recent stay in a dreadful hotel in Amsterdam. Utrecht is a lovel city and we recommend this as a good hotel as a good place to stay.

Seems expensive, but worth the time spent there.

Passable

food was good, receptionist was helpful guiding which bus I had to take to arrive there. it is in the middle of nowhere.

For the price € 125 pp, even breakfast is not inclusive. Cleaning lady was forgotten her cleaning accessories in my room;)

Love this place and everything was perfect for me

The staffs in the hotel were very helpful. The hotel look really nice and quiet. the room is same as in the picture. Breakfast was nice and there are a lot of parking availability. There is fitness center in the leisure area.

I have nothing that I don't like about this place as I stayed only one night. And I totally satisfied with the service and the hotel itself. I definitely stay here again in the future. But you might not like it if you are expected to stay in the city center.

Okayish hotel in urtecht.

The staff were very friendly

The rooms were carpet and not so clean. Also we asled for bottle water from the reception they said drink from the tap. And very dark in the rooms, instead of 7 different table lamps they should put one normal ceiling light. Very dusty in rooms also.
