Hot and sticky

Couldn't do enough for us . They put the footy on for us . We was allowed to order take away food to the hotel . They provided us with cutlery and plates whilst we watched the footy . The room was a bit on the small side for 6 of us and with the weather it was extremely hot. Beds was comfy though .

The group of kids staying up till 3am outside, right under our window .

Everything was good, the price, the location , good breakfast.

When we arrived, the room was very cold , thr heating was not working. We set it up, and later it was good and warm.

Friendly staff en very clean room. The breakfast buffet was great! Lots of vegetarian options en most of the food and drinks are organic. And the area is just amazing! Absolutely beautiful. This was all included in a very good price! I'll definitely stay again.

The matrasses were a little thin but still nice though. Perfect for short stays but maybe a little too thin for a long stay. But that's mostly the case with hostels. For this price a great place thought!

The hotel is in a very nice environment. I was greeted by friendly staff at the reception. It is very good value for money.

Breakfast is quite late at 7:30. It's OK that it's a Hostel, but the sheets could have been pulled up. Early in the morning, the radiator heating was cold at maximum setting.

Exceptional

Everything went well. 5 Friends meeting for the first time in 20 years. And they looked after us brilliantly, catered for our every need and made our trip everything we wanted. Intend to book again. Cannot recommend it to others as we want to keep this gem to ourselves....

Would certainly use again

It is basic hostel accommodation . It is clean and comfortable and within a walkable distance to town. We were allowed to park our motorcycles within the grounds. It is great value for money if you book in advance. As with most places in Holland the staff all speak perfect English. If you are used to hostels this one is great just remember you are not booking a 5 star hotel

Being picky the showers could do with a slight improvement but they are perfectly functional

My stay was enjoyable!

I liked actually all! Thank you. Breakfast was great. Can't wait visiting you next time with my family. Room was good too. I would suggest to put more hangers (I had only one). Enjoyed being in the hall in the evening time.

I wish the room would be cleaned more often The only thing that I didn't feel comfortable was the tight shower. But I understand that the building was old, and reconstructing it into more comfortable facility is a challenge.

beautiful location with bikes to enjoy the surrounding area and Arnhem city

very friendly and relaxed place. beautiful countryside and woods to ride the bikes they have available. attracts outdoor recreation types of all ages. loved it!

The staff were friendly and accomodating, immediately helping us with a baby bed when I realised i had forgotten to ask for it. The room was clean and the location very good for going to the Burgers Zoo, also nice green area around.

The facilities are rather dated. We also thought the price was too high, but it was a holiday weekend.

Great value for money for a one night stay

Very basic and exactly what I was looking for for just one night with kids. Very friendly staff. Breakfast is very basic but fine.

Pretty nice hotel situated in a nice location on the edge of the city. The hotel is surrounded by park. Good breakfast. Comfortable room with your own private bathroom.
