Acceptable hotel

The location is ok, there is a mall just in front but nothing else to do. The positive thing is that its close to a bus stop which takes you to the centre of Girona. The staff was very helpful and polite.

Overall the hotel was ok, however the price we paid for one night (79,20) on 11 october for 2, we thought it was expensive for the location and comfort. The bed was ok, however we consider it was soft and felt some part deeper as you were laying on it. Also the isolation of the room, we could easily hear our neighbours.

Fijn hotel op een levendige plek.

Prima hotel met voldoende parkeergelegenheid rondom het hotel. Comfortabele kamer, behalve spoelbekers. In de ontvangstruimte van het hotel is gratis koffie en thee verkrijgbaar.

Zeer schoon, stil, goed te bereiken, nieuw, naast grote Mall met veel eet en winkel gelegenheden, goed parkeren

Helaas stond de verwarming in de kamer aan waardoor het veel te heet was. Na melding hiervan wordt dit door de receptie erg goed opgepakt.

Ok for a night on your way

Suff was nice and helpful. Breakfast even being simple, was good.

There was an electric relay buzzing in the room. It stopped when cutting the current to the room via the card switch, but still annoying. Pillows too thick.

Way too hot and uncomfortable to have been a good stopover for us.

Lovely staff. The hotel is as easy to find, just off the AP7 motorway so great as an overnight stopover. The room was clean, there were tea/coffee facilities downstairs which was ok. Parking was easy. The hotel is next to a shopping mall which isn’t great if you’re travelling with dogs, so we dropped our bags off and went into Girona Old a town which is just beautiful.

The room was WAY too hot - probably the hottest and therefore the most uncomfortable hotel room I’ve ever been in, which is a shame because it ruined our stay. The air con blasted out hot air when we switched it on. We had to sleep with the window open and since the hotel is next to a main motorway there was absolutely no chance of any sleep at all. We left exhausted. We spoke to the receptionist in the morning who was very aware of the problem since there had been other complaints and said that the heating was switched on and there was nothing they could do to alter the temperature in the rooms.

Close to the motorway and a mall. Good value for money and free coffee. Very clean and very hot water.

Unfortunately, the cleaning staff tried to enter the room at 8am and once again at 10am without even knocking, even though the check out was at 12. The location feels a bit unsafe, especially if you're with a car.

A comfy hotel that I have used before, getting pricey.

Room and reception area were very clean. Breakfast was good. Location central to business needs and the next door supermarket.

Did not sleep well due to a barking dog (left unattended) by it's owner, till I advised the reception to check it out.

A B&B Hotel in a convenient location and with outstanding staff

At only 10 minutes from Girona center with plenty parking spots. Simple hotel, but clean and all comfort. We didn’t pay for the breakfast because the hotel in next to mall with many options for eating. When we left I forgot a jacket in the room, after calling the front desk, very kindly they held it up for almost a month for me. So, yes definitely recommend!!

Tidy, friendly and easy to get to

very noisy rooms, we arrived late and were looking forward to getting some rest, but we could hear all the noises from other rooms, such as babies crying, which cant be helped, but sound suppression was not great

Nice for value but breakfast and bed could be better

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was nice looking and clean, the bathtub was a good extra, and the location is quite close to Girona.

The bed was like a trampoline, not comfortable for any of us. The breakfast was very poor, coffee and juice machine were really tasting bad

Great hotel for very little money

Really clean, nice spacious room with fantastic helpful staff. Lovely breakfast. Hotel is in a perfect location for a stop off en route to the uk. I loved the location with everything that you need within easy access including a primark and McDonald’s opposite and plenty of petrol stations.
