A fabulous week in the cycling Mecca of Europe.

Lovely location. Great staff and facilities. Really good if you’re a cyclist. Spotlessly clean and the breakfast was excellent. Already booked again for October!

Where to start and where to finish what to say about the hole Staff starting from the Reception a masive thank you and ending with the cleaning team, Absolutely fantastic, wonderful, a massive thank you to everyone on them Special Clara, Tamara. Simon, Émilie, Ramon, Vera, Elias, Unforgettable vacations, Superbe animations and the menu Buffet and à la carte where very delicious, Wi strongly recommend VIVA Eden Lago Hotel withe their experience, and professionalism the know how to put the ambiance and to feel everyone great. Brravo Hugs from the Hysi family 👪 🙌🏻

I personally would like for the cleaning room to be at least 3 times per week... A part from that all was correct.

This hotel further amplified our experience in Mallorca.

This hotel was amazing. It was so clean and offers a plethora of outside activities. This is the first time I have ever rated a hotel and I’m doing it because it was truly amazing. The buffet has every food you could think of that caters to all types of dietary needs. Definitely stay here.

We really enjoyed the stay and recommend it.

Nice room, cleanliness and bins for waste recycling. Good program for kids and adults. Very kind and professional personal, especially the receptionist Lucy.

Overall very please with our stay at Viva Eden Lago!

Various menu for breakfast and dinner, close to beach, air conditioning in the room

Bedding was changed once in 9 days.

The smell from the lake at nighttime is bad. we were unable to use our balcony most nights Also, the shower facilities for use on check out are very bad quality

The location is perfect. Good for families. The bed was nice and cozy. The air conditioning was good since you can't open the window because of mosquitoes.

The restaurant is perfect but the lunch in some days is not good. For example they are not good when they have an asian theme cuisine.

Super Hotel / Food & Staff

Super selection of food and drink. The staff are second to none especially the entertainment team. Sorry I can't remember everyone's names but Mario, Emily, Kristina & Virginia are all true professionals. Not only are they excellent with the kids but they put in so much time to interact and get to know the adults also. They are a credit to themselves and the hotel. Thanks so much for a most memorable holiday.

Very good

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were also very fluent in many languages. Location was just amazing, since it is a few minutes walk from the beach. It was also possible to do Covid tests at the hotel, which was very convenient.

Exceptionally nice for families with small kids. Their pirate mini disco is still felt by our little one as a highlight

Mosquitoes were never mentioned, but they are strongly present, and you need to get ready for them before the first night. There is a perfect pharmacy just round the corner with any sorts of anti mosquito stuff in stock

Nice family hotel

Rooms were spotless and really comfortable. It was good for a family holiday. The food and drink was good for all Inc. It is close to the beach and some shops. Overall, it was a good stay, and I would go back.

The kids club isn't as good as other hotels we have stayed. The snack bar during the day could have been better.
