A wonderful boutique wine estate and accommodation staffed by charming and pleasant people.

The location was stunning with great views,a gorgeous flock of sheep and lots of interesting birds.We stayed here earlier this year but only for 3 days.11 days was much more preferable this time.Our suite was superb with a lovely long outside private terrace for relaxing.

Loved everything.

Heerlijke accommodatie voor een paar dagen Stellenbosch!!

De kamer. We hadden de suite en dat was meer dan prima

De keuze van het eten bij het ontbijt is wat beperkt. Na 4 dagen zou willen dat er iets meer afwisseling is. Maar dat is dan ook echt het enige dat te te verbeteren valt.

A estrutura é tranquila, agradável com os vinhedos ao redor e a vista verde com alguns animais.

Ap reservar a acomodação aparecia wine tasting free das 10h as 16h00 - mas na hora disseram que se reservar 5 dias tem direito a apenas 1x. Sem problemas- nos deram um horário das 15h10 para fazer o wine tasting e foi muito RUIM. A taça única pequena não era trocada ou lavada ao degustar 4 tipos diferentes de vinho - branco, rose, tinto e do porto. Tudo muito rápido, apressando a degustação, pois antes do final desceu uma senhora e no mesmo balcão em que estávamos começou a preencher pequenas tábuas com chocolates, em seguida chamou uma turma de pessoas para descer e ocupar o mesmo ambiente interrompendo a nossa degustação de vinhos. Achei isso muito desagradável e desrespeitoso com hóspedes do hotel, pois deram preferência ao dinheiro dos visitantes que em grupo grande iam fazer apenas a degustação de vinhos. Independente disso no outro dia fomos a 5 vinícolas da região e todas foram muito superior em qualidade dos vinhos, lugares muito mais agradáveis para a degustação e atendimento sem pressa e organizado.

Ein super schönes Weingut, wo man sich sofort wohl fühlt. Die Zimmer sind mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Das Frühstück hat uns gut geschmeckt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfekter Aufenthalt mit exzellentem Service und traumhafter Umgebung

Ich hatte einen absolut fantastischen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Das Frühstück war frisch, lecker und bot eine gute Auswahl. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich mit einem tollen Ausblick und in ruhiger Lage. Gleichzeitig waren Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gut erreichbar. Das Winetasting war ein Highlight. Ich kann diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

Lovane is not to be missed

Lovane is a box-ticking location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Room was superb, nothing left to chance. The staff were super attentive and took care of our requests accurately and efficiently. Brekky substantial, great coffee and well prepared fare. Their wines are lovely and guest-special pricing is appreciated. In all, we would thoroughly recommend this hostelry, and of course, no power outages is a valuable bonus. We'll done!

Lovely romantic stay

The complimentary wine tasting was lovely, we got to learn about the history of the winery and taste some great wines (Theresa is the best) The room was extremely comfortable with all the amenities needed and the bathtub was the romantic final touch

Quiet stay with great wine, close to Stellenbosch wineries.

Lovely rooms with complimentary wine bottle and wine tasting. Hot breakfast was ordered and made individually which was nice. Staff were very friendly and the outlook was beautiful.

True Boutique hotel with the most adorable nuances that make your stay perfect in every way.

What a beautiful setting, so clean and fresh and the staff are extremely helpful. The venue has everything need for a breakaway. The wine tasting was a lovely way to end our stay and Yolandri was our outstanding wine tasting hostess. We learned so much from her. Thank you for everything from accommodating our earlier check in to our wine tasting we will definitely be back.

I can't say there was anything I didn't like.

Great stay - too short!

I loved Lovane! Even though they didn’t have the amenities other vineyards might have (playground, restaurant), they made up for it in their charm and staff. I was only here for two nights but they made it very enjoyable! The breakfast was delicious, gorgeous views, and the place was well worth the price I paid.

A little removed from other things and Ubers weren’t reliable…but they do suggest shuttles to use which I did.

Superb

The stay felt very relaxed, the staff made it personal. They were kind, friendly and happy to chat.The little extra touches they added was pleasant. The bottle of wine, the robes, slippers. The optional extra paid beverages in the fridge. All very convenient. The complimentary wine tasting was great. The breakfast was perfect.

This place gives other places; in Stellenbosch a run for their money!

Loved the complementary wine on arrival. The room was spacious with everything that one needs including a minibar. Beautiful views from the top rooms over the mountain ranges. The staff is always helpful. Will be back for sure.

Yesterday June 11th, I booked into LOVANE Boutique Wine Estate Stellenbosch. Where I had stayed for two nights a couple of weeks ago. This was to attend a conference close by. On their special request option I asked to have the cold breakfast option, as the two previous stays breakfast was served too late. On checking the breakfast they had left in my room, I found it not up to the standard compared to my previous two visits. I messaged reception and voiced my disappointment and they replaced the styrofoam container with Fresher fruit etc. About an hour later I heard a loud knock on the door, and opened it to be confronted by an Irate, Aggressive, threatening man who came into my room and started verbally abusing me! He was infact the owner. Caught off guard as I was by this asult I was naturally very upset, largely because it was so unexpected and frightening, his aggressive attitude continued and he told me to leave then stormed off. The net result of this Shocking experience is that I was unable to attend the early morning conference, which would have to be re-booked at my own cost, not my companies! I would not like another solo woman traveling to experience the same!

We had a wonderful stay at Lovane.

The accommodation was clean and comfortable. Parking was provided within the property. The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful at all times. Excellent breakfast was served in the dining room and they accommodated our dietary requirements. The complimentary bottle of wine in our room was a nice surprise. Highly recommend.

Cute little boutique wine farm

It's such a sweet little boutique vineyard. Free wine tasing if you stay over. And their tasing cellar is gorgeous and so quaint. The hosts are so friendly, I felt very welcome. The room is spotless and we slept really well.
