Prima volta ad Andorra

Tutto eccellente: staff, camere, colazione, pulizia. Apprezzatissima la possibilità (inclusa nel prezzo) di utilizzare la spa per un'ora. Parcheggio pubblico a pochi metri (€ 3,10 al giorno). Posizione ottima per tutti i punti di interesse vicini a Canillo.

Very good

The location is great and it is a good choice for a family skiing trip with kids. The swimming pool and the playground are great for apres-ski :) The staff was really friendly. We will come back.

Spa was good - loved the 'ice room' Breakfast was good

We chose the hotel because it had a spa. We asked whether we could book the spa 2 days in advance and told them when we would like it for but then when we arrived they informed us we had to book on arrival and the only time available was much later than we wanted. This seems very unfair for those who pay for the hotel well in advance, 'book' the spa but turn up after others who have not booked it in advance. Same for the hotel's own parking - its first-come, first-served, even though we told them a couple of days in advance when we were arriving.

Great value for money and best option if you want to enjoy your ski trip all inclusive + spa

Great food, above the average for an "all-inclusive buffet" Close to the ski lift Just in front of the bus stop Good system to manage the SPA Great SPA with everything working Quiet rooms Lockers for the material

Alcoholic beverages are overpriced (especially the wine), considering it is Andorra Dinner does not include coffee, even though the machine is just right there and available for the breakfast Our mini-bar was not working

It was a really lovely hotel and fantastic for a family. The rooms are spacious.

We had a family room with an attaching themed room for the boys which consisted of two racing cars which they loved, there is a a balcony door which was great to let in a lovely breeze and safe for the children. It was lovely having a separate shower and bath. Plenty of cupboards too. There was two TV's one in the main room and one in the children's room. There was an indoor play area which the children, loved and an area for the older children which consisted of a pool table, and football table.

Dinner was very limited for children, for example, there would be chips every night but not a lot of children's food, my children are fussy, no fish fingers, no plain sausages, no roasts or shepherds pie etc. One night they did have chicken nuggets but generally the food was catered for adults which we did love. The swimming pool is really quite small and you have to book a slotted time, make sure you bring a swim hat.

Good

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the ski lift. Breakfast and dinner were amazing. Rooms are very warm so we were not cold during nights.

The hotel is build in a way that you can perfectly hear people talking in the lobby, especially people that like to speak loud and laugh after 11pm when most of the customers prefer to sleep. We had to call the reception and ask them to make those people be more quite almost every night. I don't understand what's the big deal to install sound proof doors, or to put a sign that asks to be quite after 11pm. Rooms are incredibly warm, almost hot, and there's no way you can adjust the temperature. On our first day we couldn't use hotel's private parking because it was fully booked.

The location. Canillo is a very complicated place to return to. One day I had to ski down to Tarter and take the bus, as the gondola was no longer working.

Very good

It is very close (less than 1 minute) to the gondola, so perfect if you are into skiing or snowboarding. Breakfast menu was abundant and rooms were clean. Sauna/pool was good.

Not related to the hotel per se: to be honest skiing in Switzerland, Italy or Austria is WAY better than in Andorra so honestly I don't think I would ever go back to that area. With regards to Canillo, there is not much nightlife/bars in the area and also food options in the town are somewhat limited so it's definitely good if you have a car as there are some nice restaurants in the village close by (5min by car).
