Krásný hotel na pláži

Hotel u pláže. Na pokoji i v koupelně - všude čisto. Pohodlné postele. Jídlo opravdu vynikající - hlavně ryby. Hotel můžu vřele doporučit. Tady neuděláte chybu.

Po dřevěných chodníčkách na pláži jsme museli chodit opatrně, protože dřevěné trámky nebyly v některých místech připevněné a zvedaly se. Na některých místech trčely hřebíky.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön! Vielen lieben Dank für das Geschenk - das Upgrade, meine Eltern und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles hat 100% gepasst: Service, Essen, toller Strand und See und Golffelder. Und das Personal ist top! Sehr aufmerksam. Sehr gerne komme ich zum Golfspielen wieder.

Great place to relax and enjoy

Nice location (only 30 minutes from Antalya airport) and stylish hotel architecture, friendly personnel and very good service. Great variety of excellent food. Sand beach spacious sea area with comfortable sun beds, umbrellas and cabanas. Well maintained hotel property with pools, flowers and trees and pleasant walkways. Paradise for golf lovers (adjacent to nice golf courses) and 5 minutes drive to the Land of Legends shopping.

The sand on the beach must be regularly cleaned. The beach sun beds mattresses covers must be changed regularly. The sea ladders in the cabanas on the pierce must be better maintained to avoid feet and hand cuts.

Скучный отель с ужасным сервисом

Сразу скажу, что мы бронировали отель в день заезда в самый сезон в середине августа, поэтому альтернативных вариантов почти не было. Снимали сьют Лагуна с собственным выходом к бассейну. Отель очень небольшой, но довольно красивый. Наш номер был просторный, с хорошей мебелью и дизайном. Еда - не сказать, что огромный выбор, но все было свежее и очень вкусное. Импортный алкоголь входит в стоимость.

Я не понимаю, как в отеле этой премиум сети может быть такой плохой сервис? Номер - как мы поняли, был после ремонта. Стены, местами полы, мебель и особенно бассейн были грязными! В день заезда при осмотре номера с сотрудником отеля, мы попросили сразу кого-то прислать почистить бассейн и нам сказали, что все сделают. Через 1-1,5-2 часа после того, как нам 2 раза сказали, что все уберут сегодня, кто-то с ресепшена сказал, что уже никто не работает и почистят завтра с утра. Разумеется, никто с утра не пришел. В обед пошла общаться с менеджером - она обещала, что все уберут (и номер, и бассейн). В итоге просто пришли, собрали крупный мусор и на этом все. А номер убрали нормально только на третий день нашего пребывания. Отель плохо обрабатывают от Комаров. Нас сожрали в первый же день. Менеджер обещала поставить средства от Комаров, но даже этого не сделали. Обслуживание в ресторанах - официанты могут вообще в течение обеда/ужина не подойти, а могут взять заказ и выполнять его слишком долго. Бассейны в целом - там столько хлора, что даже после душа и стирки все воняет хлором Лежаки у бассейна заняты все уже с 9 утра Один день нам пришлось по всему отелю искать полотенца для лежаков или людей, кто бы нам смог их дать И ужасно скучный отель! Вообще нет никаких развлечений. Вообщем за эти деньги лучше найдите другой отель.

Good choice for all-inclusive stay in Belek

Good size room, enormous bed and comfortable pillows. Despite constant parties and entertainment outside, it was very quiet. Dining options were pretty good too with daily variety of fresh meat, fish, vegetables and fruits. Service a bit slow but always friendly and efficient.

Cleaning could be better, dust and loose hair were practically untouched for the duration of our stay. Wine selection for extra cost could be better.

Pleasurable stay but not up to 5* standards

The spacious rooms and a nice beach. The waiter Ahmet from the dining area was very professional and nice 😊 Stuff was very nice and keen on helping at all times.

The sun-beds and umbrellas are sometimes worn out, lot of umbrellas at the beach could not be used at all. The food is everyday the same, even though there should be “thematic nights”. The quality of the meals is not up to 5* hotel, also compared to other Kempinski hotels. The guests could smoke in the rooms and hotel does nothing about it. We had to change rooms because of the horrible smell from room next doors.

Un séjour reconfortant dans un oasis de paix et de sérénité

Nous avons logé dans une des Lagoon Suites, récemment ouvertes, dans un cadre verdoyant proche du terrain de golf, totalement privatif et dépaysant. Les piscines privées de couleur émeraude, la propreté et la discrétion de l’environnement, ont ajouté à cette ambiance extraordinaire encore une note de grande qualité. Nous remercions à tous pour les efforts et l'hospitalité !

C'est difficile de trouver des mauvaises points à soulever, seulement une suggestion: mettre une petite lumière en dessous la marche à l'entrée, car la nuit cette marche est surprenante et parfois dangereuse.

A great relaxing and luxurious experience

The pool was great, so big it almost felt like we had a private pool! The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much for them.

Breakfast buffet felt a little limited in comparison to other hotels we have stayed at.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel. Frühstück Buffet war sehr reichhaltig.

Eigentlich hat alles gepasst nur auf der Speisekarte im Aussenbereich bei all can you eat stand büffel mozzarella drauf aber es kam Gummi artiger Kuhmilch Mozzarella.

A la carte식당은 all-inclusive에서 제외되어 식사의 선택이 조금 제한되는 점이 조금 아쉬웠다.

Great stat with great service

Very clean, great service from all the staff and great food with fantastic variety. Rooms very clean and good tech facilities for phone charging.

Not necessarily anything negative, there is no evening entertainment. However, the purpose of this resort is relaxation so it fits with that. However, this may not be great for kids because of this.

Sehr angenehm und stilvoll. Gute Küche, tolle Cocktails, sehr freundliches Personal a den Bars und auch sonst überall.

Der Spa - Bereich ist vielleicht etwas altmodisch und zu dunkel, aber natürlich sehr sauber und gepflegt

Incredible luxury hotel and everything is perfect

If you looking for a nice holiday you got to choose Kempinski hotel. Very peaceful and quiet hotel. I was satisfied with everything in the hotel. Staff were exceptional and very friendly especially Fatmagul hanim Mehmet bey and Ece hanim. They were very welcoming. Its a beautiful and luxury hotel. The food was amazing everyday. The chefs are incredible. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel is perfect for anyone seeking a peaceful and not crowded resort with good service.

The hotel is not crowded and the beach and pool were amazing. Very good service and friendly staff.

The cleanliness of the rooms can be better. They need deep cleaning, the openings of the air conditioners were very dusty. The daily cleaning is also late and not very good.

It was a very enjoyable and comfortable stay with out standing services.

The villa we stayed in was so nice on a beautiful landscape. The service level is outstanding. The people serving us are nice and very helpful especially Umut and Ali. Sufra restaurant foods is delicious with wide variety type of food. Finally,the location is near the Land of legends which is perfect for families.

The pools only 1.40m and 0.40m which suitable only for adult or early childhood. 7-17 age can't use it.
