Excellent facilities. Beautiful glass art. Excellent breakfast.
A bit expensive.
10.0
Just some short info:
- Staff - exceptional
- Breakfast - exceptional
- Lunch - not applicable, simply for the fact that I didn't lunch at the hotel, but if the experience I had was like "Dinner" value yourself the answer.
- Dinner - exceptional
- Services (simply for the fact that unfortunately I haven't used them, but I've seen what's behind, and in my opinion it's an "exceptional" score)
- Place - far from chaos (for me exceptional)
- General evaluation - it's worth it (so exceptional)
It was all fantastic.

A lot of art from Kosta Boda everywhere. Great discounts in the shops.
Very expensive room for what you get, you can get an excellent room in an amazing hotel in a big city center for less.
This was cramped, old, black spots between the tiles in the shower, ripped curtain, bedsheets with those grabbing holes on top (I find that disgusting, especially in a hotel).
The lights were wonky, the light in the room only went on after toggling a few switches in a certain order which we didn't really found out how.
Breakfast was old, even the little cut tomatoes and oranges between the meats and cheeses were dried out from air exposure. Let alone the cheeses and meats.

All things is perfect.
I would like to stay there again.
Nothing.

The glass art, the bar, the food was excellent, the pool area and saunas were great, spa was amazing and the woman who provided service was excellent. Bartender was great.
Hot tub was crowded, dry sauna was crowded, but enjoyed everything so much

Fact that kids could not use the pool area in the afternoon

Perfekt breakfaast. Good location. Fantastic art.
No complaint!

The glass art presented is extraordinary. The buffet breakfast is varied, fresh and the opening hours are perfect for hitting the gym beforehand. The gym is well equipped. The Hot Glass massage we booked was exceptionally good and relaxing. The Brain glass head present is a nice touch.
The air in the room was really dry. The Spa had to be prebooked for two hours in the evening, there was no possibility to go to the Spa after the gym in the morning. The Cappuccino we ordered at breakfast costs extra.

We particularly appreciated the measures the hotel takes to prevent the Covid spread. Overall, nothing to complain about - a nice clean room for an overnight stay, good breakfast, pleasant spa experience.
10.0
excellent staff and facilities
the room felt a bit basic for £267 per night, although it was clean and tidy
I would have preferred a king size bed, carpets, luxury furnishings, a warmer feel to the decor
