As always, not bad.

This is the second time in this hotel and very pleased with its location. Getting off the bus, took two steps and you are in the hotel. Maksim on the reception, was very helpful and polite. He told everything in detail. Check in again, didn't take long. The floor, again, went to the fifth, but this time the view was on the old market and the water canal of the city of Tartu. What was very upsetting was the bad smell of damp or musty in our room. Even the air conditioner could not cope, and the smell was still felt. The room smelled of curtains and perhaps it was from the proximity of the building with water. It is impossible to open the window at night, because music from the speaker sounds around the clock from the cafe opposite Tartu grill. Therefore, I had to close the window and turn on the air conditioner. Breakfast is very nice. Everything is fresh and tasty. Although not very diverse. And when at breakfast I did not understand why the visitors looked at me like that, I saw that they were not looking at me, but at the singer Anne Veski, who was sitting next to me, who modestly had breakfast with her husband at the next table. It will be very remembered.

The smell of dampness in the room, round-the-clock music from the speakers in the cafe opposite Tartu grill, the always stained mirror in the elevators, the absence of tulle, pillows. For some reason there was only one extra pillow in the double room.

Good hotel with excellent location and window view.

Very good location just at the bus station and at the river. Very good breakfast with warm and hot options. Good coffee. I had excellent river view from my window.

I had some bad smell in the bathroom...

Very good

Great location, nice spacious room and a view to the river. Wonderful food choices at breakfast.

They started cleaning some rooms above my room quite early, which made a lot of noise and impossible to sleep in the morning.

Nice hotel with convenient location

Great location just outside of the old town, with great access to public transportation, restaurants, grocery stores, and not far from a laundromat. The hotel's breakfast is very nice with a nice selection of food and a large, clean eating area. The hotel has a nice bar in the lobby as well. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The room was just okay. It was fine, but could have been better. The AC worked, but was very slow to cool the room. The beds were reasonably comfortable, but it would have been nice to have a hot water kettle in the room.

Good location, walking distance from old town. Good breakfast buffet. Spacious room.

Standard rooms are rather basic. No electric kettle, no coffee or teafacilities, etc. Shower has no treshold so water runs into the bathroom.

Clean, modern and large enough rooms. Breakfast was excellent.

Only thing I disliked was bathroom floor being flooded after taking shower. There was nothing I could push water back to shower area.

Nice hotel in city center

Good location in city center, clean rooms. Nice view from window.

Parking can be free. Breakfast was a bit of modest means.

Superb

Family room was as 2 separate rooms with connecting doors. Very good solution for family with 2 kids as every one got proper bed, not just sofa. Breakfast was very good with good variety. Location is good, if you are going to visit Aha center. Bus station is just near the hotel and it is short walk to old town.

Key cards broken, and had to be changed, bathroom smelled, breakfast - not enough variety if your stay is longer than 2 days
