We were a family of 18 in three rooms with young children. The situation of the rooms that we were given on one floor and close together was ideal. It meant any noise didn’t annoy other guests. The size of the 6/8 bed room meant we could all eat together in the evening.
The swimming pool/spa area made the holiday extra special. Bread etc can be delivered to your door.
Also the staff seemed super relaxed and happy to help.
I know that it was the end of the season, however you don’t pay any less. The equipment in the kitchen was a little tired and some bits were missing or broken. More than one pillow would have been great. Having said this I feel sure that the staff would have rectified any problems. There was a lot of walking and two lifts to get around the accommodation, especially noticed when moving in and packing up. But I guess you are on a skiing holiday so you need to stay fit.

Spacious comfortable appt. Good slopeside location.
Unmanned reception when arrived late & appt difficult to find. Reception staff should be staying late on crossover days.
Cold appt on arrival
Confusing layout of complex with poor signage.
Awful WiFi
Expected to do staff job of stripping beds, bagging linen & towels and clean the kitchen at the end with threat of €50 fine for not complying
3.5 / 5.0
Great location, clean and modern, good facilities.
Small apartment especially for 6 people. Lack of comfortable seating.
Ski in/out was made more difficult that it need be.
Route to spa was poor, having to go outside and up and down cold, concrete staircases rather than lift (that was out of order). Pool/ jacuzzi cold for first 2 days.
4.0 / 5.0
Location, spacious and comfortable.
The spa was disappointing. Both hot tubs were cold and not functioning correctly. Given other reviews I’ve read this seems to have been so for some time.
Also didn’t like the short opening hours of reception, such a lovely space but closed most of the day.

Location good for intermediate skiers.
2.3 / 5.0
We arrived just after 10pm, no instructions as to how to get our key other than a phone number to call. Rang 4 times and no response - thankfully a stranger came and knew the code to let us in. Standing outside at this time with 4 children was not ideal.
Pool not open most days at 10am despite being promoted as being open.
Staff very unfriendly bordering on rude.
No mid week clean or change of towels.
Boot warmer broken all week despite telling them twice. Don’t think they’ve worked for a long time.
