Loved it.

Great room, beautiful location and views from room, excellent staff, excellent restaurant.

The only downside is finding the hotel. It is in a no drive zone and your GPS takes you to a spot on a piazza that is several counterintuitive turns away from the entrance.

Lovely hotel

I loved the location. The staff were very nice. My only problem was they had a problem and there was no hot water until late afternoon. They should have told us at checkin and not wait for me to take a shower with cold water and let me know OnLY when I called the reception.

A real gem ,can’t recommend enough.

Trani was a total surprise as was the Palazzo Filisio. The hotel is grand, elegant and wonderfully comfortable. The breakfast was beyond our expectations with so many choices. Our room overlooked the cathedral and the harbour. I can’t recommend it enough.

Very nice room in a totally renovated hotel perfectly located in Trani

We only stayed one night driving going north. A nice room in a beautiful totally renovated building just next to the cathedral and the sea. The employees were very welcoming and helpful. And the old part of Trani is very beautiful. We had a very nice breakfast at Palazzo Filisio.

Wonderful hotel in perfect situation.

A beautiful small hotel in a renovated old palace. Every detail has been thought out. The room was beautiful with plenty of space. There were welcoming details in the small sitting room such as free coffee and lovely homemade biscuits. Breakfast couldn't be better. The situation next to the cathedral on the waterfront is superb. If you go to Trani [which you should] this is the place to stay. All in all this is one of the best hotels I ave stayed in. I recommend it highly

Do not miss the place! It's worth your visit!

Everything was very nice: the room, the view to the sea, comfortable beds, very delicious breakfast (fresh orange juice included), the staff was very helpful and welcoming, the location is excellent!

There is nothing I didn't like!!!!

ZTL is a pain so you need to walk a bit with luggage if you come by car.

Lovely boutique hotel in Trani

This must be the nicest place to stay in Trani… right by the cathedral with the harbour on one side and the castle on the other. Large comfortable well equipped room. Very good restaurant attached with excellent seafood. Breakfast was especially good with a wide choice. You can drive up to the hotel to leave your luggage and then park your car an easy five minutes walk away by the castle. There were fireworks in the evening, and the hotel/restaurant had reserved a table outside for us in a prime position to watch. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

We booked at the last minute and were so surprised at the wonderful location and the beautiful hotel - we felt very luck

Everything! The location is outstanding, right next to the cathedral. The room was clean, modern furnishings, very comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff were all very friendly. And very good value - Highly recommend it!

An enjoyable weekend at a beautiful hotel

A very nice room, clean and in excellent location.

Weak wi-fi and TV service. At the breakfast buffet, different items were not replenished almost an hour before scheduled ending of the meal.
