Comida vegetariana muito boa e muito bem apresentada, tinha um pouco de azeite a mais, mas no geral estava muito boa, recomendo.

Do hotel de um modo geral, o ar condicionado do quarto estava avariado. Wc com falta de produtos de higiene pessoal e com copos de papel, um deles com a embalagem violada. Pequeno almoço medíocre e da sala de refeições, era possível visualizar teias de aranha na perna de uma arca frigorífica e o chão pouco asseado logo pela manhã.

Value for money very good

It is more than 2 star hotel. In the room you will find refrigerator,air conditioning, hot bath and balcony. Very nice breakfast

Location Matters

The location was beautiful and the room was clean.

It was damp and the air freshener in the hallway and the room was so strong, it was difficult to breathe. We could not leave the windows open because our room was in the basement and the window opened up to the parking lot, so we were eye level with car tires and people walking by. We were unable to switch rooms, so had to leave about 30 minutes after we got there. All of this is to say: had we known to request a different room ahead of time, this might have been a great place to stay.

The staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast was exceptional and dinner(optional) was always delicious. I received an amazing deep tissue massage from Manuela at their Wellness Centre. Though their norm was a relaxation massage, Manuela delivered on her promise for my request.

Beautiful view location in Geres, excellent value for the money

Welcoming staff, spacious room, beautiful balcony view.

Bed wasn't so comfortable. Mattress was hard and a little slanted; sheets felt like polyester blend, rather than pure cotton. Just didn't sleep as well as I would have liked to.

My stay in Adelaide

I think it is a very comfortable hotel. The massage service is amazing. The cleaning ladies are amazing, they always add a nice touch to the room after cleaning. And the staff is very nice. The fireplace is super cozy and the view from the balcony I stayed was great.

The best hotel quality/price ratio I have ever been! And what fantastic staff :)

The nicest and most efficient staff of a hotel I've ever been! The view of my room was stunning, and the hotel is very comfortable. I've been in 4 star hotels were I have not been so satisfied with the place. I loved my stay!

It had some stairs and no lift.

Nice stay, good value for the room, we would definitely stay here again.

The facilities were great, and the staff super nice and always available! The breakfast was good, simple, however the restaurant area doesn't match with the rest of the hotel. We booked a super room and it was good and cozy, with a big balcony with a view to the mountain.

Superb

The staff were super attentive, and very happy to help with any query. Breakfast is fantastic and the view breathtaking. Plenty of parking close by. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this place!

amazing retreat in Geres with an unforgettable pool

The outstanding draws of this hotel are undoubtedly its views and the swimming pool. whilst the pool is across the valley (15 min walk), you can take a free hotel run shuttle which leaves every hour. And being located across the valley is actually a massive benefit as it has stunning views and prolonged sunlight during the day. The breakfast is a great standard, with lots of choice. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. There was also no shortage of hot water. our small balcony looked over the national park and provided stunning views every morning. It was quiet and the blinds were good so we slept well every night. A last thing to praise is the staff who were all incredibly helpful and friendly.

The bathroom seemed slightly outdated and potentially old, as there were multiple chips in the enamel of the bath and sink.

Breakfast was ok and personnel in dinnng/breakfast room was OK and friendly.

Boy at reception needs to look for other job ( not friendly or helpful). Location is OK for young people: for elder people no elevator, at end of sloping street, small rooms 15 M2,... The building needs a serious update.
