Has to be one of the best hotels to stay at in Lyon. Rating on Booking.com is only 7.9. Not sure why it has a rating this low, should be 9+ minimum. All rooms have a wonderful view, bathrooms clean and well laid out, great bed, electric window blinds which give your room a complete black out in the night. So many other facilities near by, Westfield shopping centre . Has everything.
Nothing at all, it really is a very good hotel and totally underrated by some.
3.5

The room was comfortable with a fabulous view. Staff friendly and keen to share great places to see in Lyon very proud of their city. Plenty of little extras like water, biscuits and printing available.
We stayed on a Sunday night, there was no restaurant at the hotel which did not match with the lift promotional information that said while Celest was closed a bistro was open on Sunday's, this was not the correct. It was a bit tricky to get to from the station would be great to share that can just walk through the Westfield centre.

This hotel is on the upper floors of a skyscraper near Lyon Part Dieu station. You go straight to the 32nd floor to find reception in a 10 storey lobby. Very interesting circular layout. My room had a great view of Lyon which was good as it was far too hot to walk around. The hotel is an easy walk from the station through a Westfield shopping centre which means it is nicely air conditioned. The receptionist was charming and spoke excellent English (helped by the fact that, although he was French, his father came originally from Birmingham....).
The restaurant was peculiar with a very limited menu which was maybe due to the fact that I arrived after 9pm. The young waiters were inexperienced but friendly enough. There was simply a choice of pizza (very underwhelming) or salad. I ordered a bottle of viognier (glasses of wine were very pricey) which the young waiter struggled to uncork. When I stated that it was well past its best (not helped by being served at room temperature), he said he would take the bottle back but, as I had tasted the wine in a glass, he would have to charge for that. Somewhat staggered, I moved on to a glass of Cote de Rhone which was fine and ended up with a bill including one sad pizza pizza and two expensive glasses of wine (only one of which I drank). I mentioned the wine tasting story to the receptionist at check out and they agreed that the wine tasting protocol was odd but did not think of deducting the glass - I found this so amusing that I decided to pay up and instead add this to my repertoire of fun stories.

Very nice rooms, very comfortable with really exceptional views.
The exact neighbourhood isn’t so interesting but it’s not so far a walk from beautiful Lyon centre

The perfect location near a large shopping centre, transport and train station. It was very quiet and had a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The staff were excellent and very helpful. Room was large , very clean and comfortable.
No complaints about anything.
2.0
Air conditioning in room was wholly inadequate. Fixed at 27.5deg.
I went twice to the Reception on 32nd floor to raise this point, both after checkin and on the morning of checkout.
I was informed by staff that they had already informed management (la direction) of complaints by several clients. But to no avail. No action was taken.
I was further informed that many hotels have used the "opportunity" of the energy crisis to reduce their heating / air-conditioning energy bills. It is a poor decision, as I imagine that many clients will not return.

The toilet flush was splashing all the water outside and a technician wasn’t send.
The Italian restaurant was not serving pizza or the warm dishesas their oven wasn’t working. So for dinner even though were tired had to go to the city. There was just cesar salad, ham and cheese..
