Tout était très correct vraiment, même si le buffet du petit déjeuner était tout de même totalement décevant.
Le buffet petit dejeuner.

Check in/out, location too harbour and town.
Room facilities not as good as we had hoped for, we have stayed twice before and had very good experience on both occasions, limited selection of tea and coffee. The add stated free mini bar, one bottle of water… really don’t mind paying for it if it’s there but water only, I don’t think it was worth the praise. Only one bath towel and hand towel for the use off by two people. Also I understand that the tourist tax was included in the room price, but reception requested a further 3 euros, finally on some tariffs for rooms included breakfast but ours wasn’t, we did not bother with in the end. In all the downturn with this visit too our first one was dissapointing.

Room overlooking the harbour was excellent with a very large bed. Spacious room.
Restaurant seems quite expensive so we ate elsewhere.
3.5
Clean, comfortable and well located
The hotel bar was not staffed in the afternoon. To get a drink I had to walk to reception, ask the receptionist to phone a barman, wait 10 minutes for the barman to arrive.....each time!

Fantastic hotel for an overnight stop before the Dieppe -Newhaven ferry. Dog friendly and in a lovely location 😁

Easy to find, free parking in front of the hotel. Quiet location, less than ten minutes from the centre, via an attractive harbour basin walk.
Large bedroom, comfy bed and great shower. We paid for a harbour view, which was worth it.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Imaginative and very good food at dinner. Large and substantial breakfast buffet, including regional products.
Slightly cold atmosphere eg lots of bare walls.

A well kept Hotel with big clean rooms, friendly staff and a very good restaurant.
Pillows were rather hard.

My wife and I stayed here for one night en route to Brittany. It is a modern and comfortable hotel where the room and its facilities were of a particularly high standard including the bed. The hotel has a restaurant and the food and service was excellent which was confirmed by the large numbers of non-residents coming in for dinner – reservations only – and those being turned away. A very pleasant and comfortable stay at a hotel that is thoroughly recommended.

emailed to book meal but received no reply, then telephoned but conversation cut off, tried several times over next few hours and the next day but the call was repeatedly cut off and no attempt made it o contact us

Very warm welcome by the receptionist!(very friendly lady! Thanks!)
Great (superior) room with view to the yacht harbor.
Coffee machine and hot water boiler available in our room.
Save place for our bikes inside the hotel.
Just the weather (LOL).

Super hotel. Worth paying extra for larger room with view over the harbour - a lovely sight to wake up too. Meals were slightly expensive but beautifully presented and full of flavour.
No handbasin in toilet.

Good size room with a lovely bathroom, although view was at back of hotel with nothing to look at.
Hotel was a bit of a stroll into town and the nearest bars and restaurants were not open so had to go right into the centre for food and drink.

Beautiful harbour view from 4th floor room, which was spacious and well-equipped. Easy free parking round the back of the hotel. Exceptionally friendly and professional staff at check-in and check-out. Ideal location on edge of fascinating fishing / resort town, and just 40 mins drive from the Dieppe ferry terminal
Nothing - loved it.

Location and general ambience of hotel.
Room booked for an earlier arrival and conformed, but not ready when we arrived.
No indication anywhere on any websites including booking.com as to the cost of breakfast .....only found that out when paying bill!! very basic continental , plenty of baked goods, but no bacon on last day, poor selection of meats and cheese and nobody in a hurry to replenish...........

Poor service staff rude and abusive after travelling for over 40 years the worst service I have ever experienced. While complaining the reception staff thought it was amusing and laughed and the management didn’t correct them. Awful place and certainly not suitable for Uk travellers as they are anti British.

Location was perfect, very quiet at night. Reasonable stay and breakfast.
Facilities are a bit worn out, would possibly need some refurbishment (the toilet for example.
