Very nice breakfast
Location next to beer garden
Outdoor Garden back side
Friendly staff
Do NOT take a room on the steet side! Very noisy all night long, traffic and passers bye and young adults pulling into next door gas station at 4 am to party!!!

The kitchen could be better equipped.

Easy for the UBahn and the highway. Close to city center and good restaurants and backery very close by.
The hotel had a second building in the back. To get there was a little creepy in the dark. You had to pass an alley with the garbagebins and the garden was not taken care of. There was little light and that gave a weird feeling.

Nice location. Easy to get there. Enough space for a family of 4 people.
Free parking at side of the road.
Quiet.
The floor is a bit cold. The beds are upstairs where the stairs are not very child friendly.
2.5
Good location. Good variety of food for breakfast.
Very small room. No efforts were made to accommodate our request for early check-in. And the same applies to other members of our party.
No cleaning at the week-end. Bathroom needs renovating. Unpleasant smell in the bathroom and fittings definitely need replacement.

Nice place to stay on business in Munich. Good location, proximity to u-bahn and nearby restaurants.

A great little hotel in the suburbs, close to a u-bahn station which takes you straight to the old town in 20 minutes. I picked it because it was close to where I needed to be for work, but I do think it would serve leisure visitors just as well.
I didn't receive an email on how to access my key after the reception closes at 8pm. It could have been my fault, I didn't send the arrival time until a couple of days before. Once I knew how to get in, it was easy.
So just be better organized than me if you are arriving late at night and make sure you have the access code email before you travel.

check in staff helpful,, as original apartment not available so switched to two doubles. 5m from U bahn - direct to Marienplatz.
don't like two single beds pushed together, being called a twin. Had shower gel but no shampoo. Rooms in a seperate annex round the back 0 which was poorly lit.

The hotel is located a bit far from the city center, but it's very closed to an underground metro station, it takes about 20 minutes to Munich center . A room and a bathroom was very clear , a breakfast was very assorted.
We have informed a clerk by phone that we"ll arrive about 10 PM . There is no check in after 8PM, however a clerk left a key in a box at entrance which you open with a code.
There were many free parking places at the street in front of the hotel.

The staff was wonderful and the room was nice. Great value price relation.
The pillow was very uncomfortable but the bed itself was very good.

We absolutely loved this stop on our family tour across Europe and would like to return for a longer stay as it was like a home from home and my kids said it was magic. We had a maisonette room with a kitchen and stairs up to two sets of twin/euro double beds. There was everything we needed as a young family and outside or was easy to get one u Bahn to Marienplatz in the centre. There's also a good supermarket, an augustiner ber garden and an Indian restaurant really close. We had no problem parking outside for free and we were able to see our car from the bedroom window. Thanks to everyone on here who recommended this place.
