Had an amazing time highly recommended the Hotel as a great place to stay.

The accommodation was first class from the service we received from the staff till we checked out couldn’t do enough to make our stay a great experience . Had an amazing time.

The only issue was just the temperature in the rooms was a little on the warm side. Couldn’t seem to adjust the temperature not a big issue as still comfortable.

Im großen und ganzen hat uns alles gefallen.

Das Hotel befindet sich direkt neben einer Meteo Station und Bus Verbindungen sind auch direkt vor dem Hotel, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in null komma nichts erreichbar. Die Sauberkeit im Hotel und auf dem Zimmer war Top.

Auf dem Zimmer war die Klimaanlage anscheinend defekt, Nachts war es sehr Warm und mit offenem Fenster war es sehr laut. Die Betten waren sehr Weich, das zusätzliche Bett war sehr schmal so das man immer das Gefühl hatte man fällt gleich runter, eine angenehme Nachtruhe war hier nicht gegeben.

Świetny wybór w Pradze. Smacznie, cicho i komfortowo

To nasz kolejny pobyt w tym hotelu i po raz kolejny strzał w dziesiątkę. Lokalizacja w rozsądnej odległości od centrum, ale za to w pobliżu są wszystkie dostępne środki transportu publicznego. Dojazd do centrum zajmuje ok 10 minut metrem, więc lokalizacja tego hotelu poza centrum to jego wielki atut - brak tłumów pod oknami. Śniadania rewelacyjne, duży wybór lokalnych produktów, wszystko świeże. Pokoje utrzymane w nienagannej czystości, choć widać już upływ czasu - np. w łazienkach. Przy okazji kolejnej wizyty na pewno będę brał ten obiekt znów pod uwagę!

Brak większych uwag do pobytu. Hotel ma już swoje lata, więc zawsze znajdzie się coś do wymiany, np. popękana ceramika w toalecie, czy źle wyregulowane otwieranie okien. Jednak to kwestie utrzymaniowe i pewnie zostanie zaplanowane przy okazji remontu.

Genial

Era el cumpleaños de mi marido y le dejaron un detalle en la habitación. La cuna estaba montada y con las sábanas y todo puestas, super bien. Al ir a cambiar a la niña en uno de los baños del hotel, había pañales, toallitas, crema y cambiadores desechables a disposición de los padres. Muy buenos detalles

Great stay

Rooms are nice, with bathrobes and toiletries included, and are cleaned daily. Breakfast was great, all kinds of options- meat, cheese and vegetarian. The center of the city was easy to reach by tram or subway. Paid parking was easy to use and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and always with a smile.

Elevators were slow and very often had problems (they just stopped working), especially on high demand- for instance, breakfast time, when 4 elevators were simply not enough for such a big hotel.

Excellent hotel to visit and enjoy Prague

Great location close to public transport to go to the old city. Staff was very helpful. The room was great, very comfortable bed, very quiet. We really enjoyed our stay. Good shower pressure. The breakfast and dinner were excellent. Hope the hotel will include more vegetarian menu in the future.

Příjemný hotel u stanice metra, rychlá dostupnost do centra

Tento hotel jsme využili při návštěvě Prahy již po několikáté. Je ve výborné lokalitě u stanice metra, rychlá dostupnost do centra. Ubytování je pohodlné, pokoje prostorné s veškerým vybavením. Snídaně jsou pestré, bohaté, vybere si každý.

V některých pokojích by bylo vhodné již vyměnit matrace. Za malé dítě 4 roky se platí cena jako za dospělého. Ze zahraničí jsme zvyklí, že takto malé děti neplatí vůbec nebo polovinu ceny. Tentokrát to trochu vázlo na recepci. Odbavení při příjezdu i odjezdu trvalo dlouho, ale možná tam jsou přes léto na brigádě studentky.

A fürdőszobában 2 méteres magasságomból adódóan kicsit kényelmetlen volt az alacsony plafon magasság.

ontbijt was heerlijk en uitgebreid, personeel was altijd vriendelijk, ligging was perfect, goed bereikbaar met eigen auto, zonder door de binnenstad te rijden en het lag naast een metro station, waarmee je in 10 minuten in de binnenstad was

Amazing place, fair price.

The Room was great, staff was atentive and eager to help. The place is amazing and the price/quality ratio is beyond fair. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Uitstekend verblijf, het had niet beter gekund

Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en erg lekker. In het hotel zelf was er voldoende activiteit om of wat leuks te doen of even heerlijk te kunnen ontspannen. De kamers waren erg netjes en de bedden lagen heerlijk. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en zijn dag en nacht beschikbaar. Als je van piano muziek houdt is de avond ook heerlijk genieten met live pianomuziek!

One of the best hotel in Prague

Its i big hotel very good quality

There was one lady on the reception that was not nice to me but the Manager Mr Jan fixed everything He is really 5* Manager customer service its very important the hotel can be amazing but if the welcome is not good and communication from the personal will not be nice it will destroy the value of the hotel but like i set thanks for Mr Jan He fixed everything by apologising and showed the full respect to me so i will come back to the hotel 100%

Good, need a lot of improvement for us to go back

Friendliness, cleanliness. Good choice of food for breakfast.

Old, dated, not working properly air conditioning in the rooms. Dated tv without apps like Netflix. Poor choice of drinks and food in the executive lounge (soggy bread rolls and wilted cucumber and lettuce). Average food in the restaurant. Ridiculous cost for taxi ordered from the hotel reception (twice or even 3 times more to the same one ordered by ourselves through Uber, very unfair especially for elderly guests).

Dejlige rene værelser. Tæt på metro og sporvogn . God morgenmad.

Wellness var mod betaling.150 kroner pr. person. Dampbadet virkede ikke, så vi syntes , det var for dyrt .

A wonderful place to be.

Very friendly staff, convenient underground parking with reasonable price per day. Royal size breakfast, very clean and within a large service area with a very good service. Quiet atmosphere very close to the city.

Понравился сам отель, очень красивый

Мы приехали в 6 утра, ехали 9 часов на машине после работы уставшие, с ребенком 1 годик, нам сказали что ждите до 15:00 Мы спали в машине, когда пришли в 15:00 нам сказали что номер еще не убирали, и мы прождали еще целый час. В качестве компенсации нам дали ключ от лаунджа на последнем этаже, которой я и так купил вместе с номером.

Freundliches Personal und gute Lage des Hotels.

Sehr gute Lage zur U-Bahnstation. Das Auto kann bequem in der Tiefgarage geparkt werden und auch am Abreisetag parkiert gelassen werden.

Příjemné ubytování s velmi dobrým poměrem cena výkon.

-Celkově příjemný hotel -Ochotný personál -Velká postel -příjemný interiér (design) -Skvělá snídaně -Živá hudba při snídani -Celkově velmi dobrý poměr cena/výkon

-Na dnešní dobu absence TV s Netflix apod. Zároveň při běžném režimu i většina českých kanálů nefungovala dobře (kostičky a "zkřípání" zvuku). -Škoda že zde není alepoň nějaký bazén -Oproti fotkám u tohoto pokoje chyběl sprchový kout

Mic dejun Metrou foarte aproape

Tariful comparat cu amenajarea camerei,mobilier,vechime este foarte mare. Facilitățile hotelului contra cost in condițiile in care rezervi camera executiv nu este normal sa se mai solicite. Pe site se menționează parcare la hotel dar se solicita taxe. Am fost 2 mașini,ne-au alocat un singur loc de parcare și am fost taxați ca și două locuri .

This hotel is truly a 5 star experience for a budget price.

An amazing grand staircase greets you as you walk into the lobby, complete with a pianist playing the Grand Piano. The restaurant here is of a high standard with excellent breakfast spreads. I also had a 3 course set dinner menu which was an incredible fine dining experience but still very affordable. The room was large and the bed comfortable, with a fully stocked mini bar. I was given a bottle of wine as a gift upon arrival.

The only thing to mention is that it is not close to the Old Town where most of the tourist activities are. The good news is there is a metro station right next to the hotel. It is about a 20 minute metro ride to most of the tourist sights.

Alles Bestens, gerne wieder, für einen Kurztrip rundum zufrieden

Einzelzimmer gebucht, eingecheckt - Zimmerkarte bekommen und zu meinem Erstaunen einfach mal ne ca. 50 m² Suite bekommen ! Top- Überraschung und Freude. Frühstück war völlig OK - keine besonderen Highlight`s - es war alles ausreichend vorhanden und wurde auch nichts vermisst. Parken und handling Tiefgarage super. Lage - ein klein wenig außerhalb aber Verkehrstechnisch super angebunden -Straßenbahn, U-Bahn, Bus- direkt vor der Tür. Gastro und Einkauf in direkter Umgebung.

Bei der Einrichtung und Ausstattung z.B. Bäder- Sanitärobjekte, (ist alles noch dem Alter entsprechend i.O., absolut funktionstüchtig und nicht abgeranzt sowie super sauber) aber man könnte mal über eine Sanierung nachdenken.

Ani ve 4 odpoledne nebyl pokoj uklizený, nebyly vyměněné ručníky, vynesené koše. Až po urgenci přes recepci mě “vyhnali” z pokoje a uklidili… 😃

Nicht nochmal

Unser Zimmer roch nach Jahrzehnten von Zigarettenrauch. Der Teppich aus dem letzten Jahrhundert war einfach nur schrecklich. Das Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer hatten eine gute Größe. Die Minibar war gut gefüllt mit Wasser, Säften, alkoholischen Getränken und Süßigkeiten, alles in sehr großer Auswahl. Das Badezimmer war leider viel zu klein. Zwar war eine Badewanne vorhanden, aber gemütlich oder luxuriös war sie leider überhaupt nicht.
