Perfect spot for amazing holiday or business trip

Very nice design, a great host. Everything was perfect and we really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend for anyone that wish to enjoy nice stay in central Tropea.

Perfect location and stay in Tropea

Stunning view from the balcony, lovely room with very comfortable bed. The hist was amazing, great communication and recommendations and they left us a bottle of wine in the fridge too!

Would have loved to stay longer, everything was perfect

fabulous location and character. view was spectacular and our host made us so welcome for our special occasion. Could have stayed longer. bed was very comfortable and we slept so well.

Lovely place.

Lovely well renovated place, with full kitchen facilities, and bathroom. Nice balcony, and wall bench area. Modern AC system. Great location beside old town area, and the main viewing spot.

The stairs are a quite narrow and steep, making carrying bags a bit difficult.

Steps from the beach, new renovated

great location, rooms are equipped with everything you need. Newly renovated. perfect for two people, steps from the beach and main strip. Maurizio is a great host, easy to get ahold of and responds very quickly. We were lucky and found parking outside the unit, but typically you need to drop off your luggage and park else where, just a 4min walk.

Unit does not have a washer and dryer, but there is a laundry mart 400m away from the unit, so easy and not that expensive. he does have a rack to dry your clothes outside the unit.

so far my favorite place I stayed in 5 weeks in Italy!!!!

oh my god! EVERYTHING! Beach Cottage vibe with awesome modern amenities!! We were in a beautiful apartment with THE MOST GLORIOUS VIEW. But aside from the amazing view, the little kitchen had everything you could need for a short stay. I was able to cook delicious meals and eat either indoors or on the balcony. The bed was so comfortable, the shower had great pressure and hot water. Water pressure throughout was great. The windows had three settings for opening for air flow. The apartment includes options for you to dry your swimsuit. Even the smart TV welcome screen had a great menu which featured specials that you can access just by staying here. But the BEST PART about staying here is the owners. Even before I got there Maurizio was whatsapping with us and arranged our pick up from the train station, arrange the most EPIC boat tour for us and other hook ups with restaurants etc. He is so patient and he and his family were wonderful!You are utterly spoiled!!

Wasn’t an issue for us but there are stairs everywhere in Tropea including inside to get to the apartment so if you have an issue with stairs maybe ask for the room and not the apartment

Awesome

We rented two apartments which were connected by a small hallway. The city view apartment was a bit smaller but perfect for the single traveler in our group. If there is a choice between the two apartments, hands down choose the beach view apartment (in fact, I would only choose the city view apartment to keep travelers within the same group together). Watching the sun set over the Aeolian Islands every evening was one of the highlights of our trip. The apartment is perfectly situated—2 minutes walking to the historical center, situated right next to the stairs leading down to Tropea’s beaches. The host was always readily available to us for any questions and needs. We didn’t use the kitchen, but the apartment was fully equipped.

The bathroom floors did need to be clorax wiped down by us as did the desk.

Amazing flat in Tropea !

The apartment is very functional and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It is nicely decorated, very cosy and located a few minutes from the beach. It's not on a noisy street with all the bars. You can sleep peacefully ! The owner is also very friendly and very helpful. You can ask him for advice, he will help you without any problem. Highly recommanded.

Location within a few metres of centre of old town with uninterrupted views of sea, beaches and famous monastery. Parking area directly in front (have to pay per hour).

Very romantic and peaceful option for a stay in Tropea.

Beautiful location with private balcony overlooking the ocean and Tropea beaches. Only a minute away from the stairs down to the beach and the old part of town, yet nice, quiet, and spacious. We absolutely loved the view from the balcony!! Maurizio and his daughter were also kind, explaining how the apartment worked and checking in throughout our stay.

Exceptional

We really enjoyed our week in Tropea, staying here was so easy, close to the centre but out of the way so it was quiet. Within 10 seconds from the leaving the door you're in the busy streets of Tropea and very close to the steps down to the beach. Stayed in the internal room, Santa Maria, which is really well decorated and well equipped. Good espresso machine, hairdryer, wardrobes and good air con. The room was Incredibly quiet and you couldn't hear much road noise until going outside into Tropea. Maurizio was very helpful before and throughout our stay. He arranged a taxi from the airport and also a boat tour for us to stromboli which you should definitely do. He also booked us in for parasailing but that was cancelled due to strong winds. Maurizio kept in touch on WhatsApp giving us tips on where to eat etc. La Lamia was our favourite restaurant If we come back to Tropea we will definitely stay here again

Exceptional stay in a highly maintained apartment.

Location was excellent. The minute we stepped outside we had a panoramic view. Free parking was available also 3 minutes walk away. Our host guided us to the parking area. The bed was very comfortable, cleanliness of apartment was 110%. Communication with the owner was very easy and response to any queries were answered very quickly. Can't wait to visit Tropea again and stay in this property There were some lovely beaches available within walking distance. . We viewed the apartment with the balcony and sea views and hope to book that one next time.

We couldn't say there was anything we didn't like.

This apartment was steps away from the city center and beach! The location was perfect and the view from the balcony was amazing. Stayed here for 5 nights and watched the sunset every night from the balcony!

Best place in Tropea to stay

The apartment was spotlessly clean, very modern and had everything we needed. The best thing is the balcony - looking straight out at the sea and the monastery, the islands and also the sunset - perfect place to sit and have a few drinks - best view in town! The location is great - right next to the steps down to the beach, and next to the old town. Lots of shops nearby to get everything you need.
