Very good hotel to go with kids, a lot of activities and All inclusive food
Good location, with kids we visited Triassicpark, KaiserWelt Scheffau, Ellmi's Zauberwelt, though there are many other interesting places around
WiFi is very good
I am surprized that the hotel of this price doesn't have air conditioning in the room.
We stayed in Junior Suite and I expected to sleep on the sofa, though it was not possible since it's too hard.

I'm still searching for a thing to complain about ...

Great hotel with a great staff. Very colorful attractions for Kids every day, good location and amazing restaurant. We enjoyed the stay already the second year

Great place for families! Attention to children in small details, very nice atmosphere. Very nice choice of children food, accessible by children themselves. All inclusive, from our perspective, it is totally worth it! We enjoyed our stay and most likely will visit in the future.
Pillows are not comfortable, and the sizes of bathrobes for Spa are in general M (we asked for bigger size on reception and received XXL, though it was also not that big).

Facilities are good enough, personnel is trying their best to make the stay at the highest level.
The property is not recommended for couples; we booked it just to be close with our friends and their kids.

Excellent for a week family ski trip, in particular lots of amenities for little children.

Super kids friendly Hotel. We came here for the second time because we loved the place so much. There are so many things to do with small kids that you could also just spend the whole day in the hotel only. Great programs throughout the day.
The ice skating rink was super, we really loved it and used it every day.
The staff is really polite and kind and always helpful.
We definitely will come back again.

On check-in, we were served a welcome drink. Every evening, there was a great cocktail of the day.
The hotel had great entertainment for families - Lisi World (massive play area for families), organised hikes for children, ice skating rink, indoor pool area and spa. As we visited over New Years, the hotel had also organised evening entertainment programs on different days - live music, magician incl. crystal ball and fire performer, Tyrolean shoetap dance, fireworks.
The food choice on all the days was nice and different and there was a massive spread available for selection including desserts. Children had a separate buffet with all the children-favorites.
The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel had organised for ski & snowboard rentals within the hotel - which was great too.
The indoor pool could have been 1-2° more warmer but we were generally ok as it was. The food was good as mentioned - maybe a couple of more choices for vegetarians would be nicer.
The mattresses in the rooms do need to be a little thicker to increase comfort.
Also, as it was New Years eve, in addition to the hotel doing a fireworks show, some guests had also personally bought fireworks and lit these up at the hotel driveway where a lot of hotel guests were gathered. Unfortunately one of the fireworks that a hotel guest lit wasn't placed well and fired in different directions that was unsafe for the people and children around (luckily no one was injured). The hotel should think how it could avoid such incidences in the future - perhaps have special zones where personal fireworks can be done?
Otherwise everything else was great!

Amazing facilities for kids: big play zone and ice scating.
Rooms are big.
Amazing vine
Super nice stuff
With all the nice kids facilities the activities for kids could be organized better.
Evening new year program was really boring.
No soup for lunch.
No transfer bus to ski lift (luckily we rent a car)

The location is great with an amazing view. The stuff was friendly and the guests are all so nice and polite. The breakfast is great although I would add fried eggs in the menu, as they only have boiled and scrambled. I loved that they have activities for kids, they have a table with cakes and kids food almost all day even if you take only breakfast. Also the ice-cream is great!
When I asked at the reception to clean my room as it was already 12 and I had to put my 1 year old daughter to sleep they told me , there’s nth they can do as first they need to clean the rooms that check -out so that the new people can check-in ( which is logic from one side) from another, I pay the same money as the people that will check-in, so why are they top priority. Also I freezed all the nights I was there. We had a chalet with 2 rooms. The living room was always warm but the bedroom where I was sleeping with the kid was always cold. They would turn off the warm at night so it was pretty cold for us even if outside were 5 degrees at nighttime. I would suggest to turn off maybe at day time as the people go to ski and don’t spend so much time in their rooms , but at night was very cold.

Very cozy place, Personnel really cares and takes the most for you to enjoy your time at the hotel. a good animation program for kids, Lisi world was fun, food was good - Christmas dinner was exceptional, cleaning services worked pretty well, All inclusive concept, Ski school for kids is in 2 mins drive from the hotel.
We enjoyed our stay, however we thought the hotel is overpriced. for 600 Euro per night we can find more modern places with renovated facilities, rooms, comfortable beds. I had a bed sleep and got a problem with my neck. heating system was not perfect even when there was +7 degrees outside. Saunas should support “family” concept.kids under 12 yo are not allowed. “ Not naked” areas would make our stay more enjoyable!

staff were too young and inexperienced. Rooms we booked as the picture was modern however we have received old rooms. The new rooms was not available. We were clearly deceived. Yoga for adults kept being cancelled. Not much for adults to do but for kids ok.
Rooms outdated not that one we booked. Staff not experienced enough. Only Sarah handled matter well.

The hotel is amazing to be with the family. Children enjoyed a lot the softplay and the swimming pool. Also a lot of toys to play in the hall of the hotel, horses, tractors, games, pool and more.
The food was really good. Breakfast with a lot of choices and also for children and babies. Amazing!
They prepare box lunches to take with you to the ski area if you want and the dinner is a mix of buffet and a choice between 3 different options for the main plate. In the afternoon they have an hour to enjoy cakes.
The bar is good to have a drink when the children play!
The rooms was perfect!
You have to pay for the drinks even the tap water in the meals. Nothing is included in the full board.
We didn't like the pillows but ok for 3 nights.

The breakfast/lunch/dinner was great! Wonderful idea to have buffet style for dinner for the kids so they can eat immediately.
For the full board price, drinks should be included with dinner and not charged extra; it was a rather unexpected/unpleasant surprise.
The dining room was a bit loud; understand it’s a family hotel but kids should not be too loud during dinner.
Not all surfaces in the suite was thoroughly cleaned. There were sticky residue on the counter/table and the tub was not sanitized/washed thoroughly (found hair in the drain area).
Recommend covid tests be provided to children if vaccinations were not required. Or have children provide proof of vaccination. There were too many kids coughing or with a runny nose and made me feel slightly uncomfortable with so many kids touching shared/common areas (nice cream bar, games, etc)
Also, there should be cameras outside in the parking lot.
