Gut gelegen, sauber

Haben meiner Mutter zum Ihren runden Geburtstag statt Ballonen mit Zahlen 7 und 0, Ballonen mit Zahlen 2 unf 1 ins Zimmer gebracht. Wir haben das nicht so lustig gefunden Natürlich, die Entschuldigung war da, aber bitteres Nachgeschmack ist geblieben. Die doppelte Zahlung für dieses Geschenk wurde auch nicht zurück erstattet, ich habe die Red Lady auf das ausdrücklich hingewiesen Ich finde No-Go für dieses Hotel, ist bekannte Kette und es soll besser funktionieren Auch Dusche im Bad hat stark getropft

Feels luxurious, best location, enjoyable breakfast, but can do better with making the the air condition

Amazing location, great breakfast and all-day cleaning. Rooms were spacious, staff were very welcoming and nice

Air conditioner wasn’t able to drop under 25c which made the room very hot and we couldn’t sleep probably, The message that I had at the spa was a total waste of money since it felt as the therapist didn’t do anything

Our break in Budapest

Our stay here was excellent from the moment you entered the hotel, until you finally run out of time and have to return home... Staff were very helpful 🙂 nothing was out of the question... the hotel was everything and more of what I expected it to be...

Fantastic for business or leisure

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay most importantly staff were all very courteous and faultlessly helpful from door-to-room. Cost-wise was excellent value compared to other places. You'll have to pay commensurately more for any city views if this is important to you (it wasn't to me). Cafe and bistro in-house with Nobu Restaurant were all further nice touches that made it very convenient. I would stay again.

מלון מושלם, כל הפרטים הקטנים פשוט וואו. צוות נהדר שירות חדרים מעולה חדרים נהדרים, נוף מהמם, מיקום מרכזי ושקט

ציפיתי שנקבל חדר עם אמבטיה כי ככה היה בתמונה באתר ולא קיבלנו וזה קצת ביאס. ציפיתי לג׳קוזי בספא ולא היה וזה טיפה ביאס אבל לא קריטי… חוץ מזה אין משהו לא טוב להגיד. שווה בכל קנה מידה

Beautiful, modern and spacious hotel with fantastic staff in a great location

We loved our stay at the hotel. The room was lovely, modern and extremely spacious. The hotel was in a fantastic location, in between all of the main sites. We found the staff at the hotel to be extremely helpful and accommodating. We were able to extend our check out at no extra cost and were still able to use the lovely spa facilities following check out.

Beautifully and very comfortable hotel located close to many tourist destinations.

The location was great for all the tourist activities. The public transportation is free for riders over 65 and is very close to the hotel. The design of the hotel was beautiful and a bit unique as it was a curved shape. Lots of marble in the lobby and in our bathroom. Our room was very comfortable; the king bed was excellent. The concierges were very helpful. Breakfast has lots of good choices.

I couldn't personally adjust the room temperature in our room.

Booking through booking.com always gets you the worst room in the case an unrenovated room was what I was told. However management kindly moved us to a renovated room after a few hours. I am Marriott titanium and was treated poorly at a Marriott property and we arrived at kempinski at 7am Every single staff tried to get us a room early as my son fell asleep on the reception area. The minute the housekeeping arrived, a room was cleaned for us to refresh and then we were later upgraded In very grateful to the entire team for making our anniversary amazing.

Magas színvonalú szálloda Budapest turisztikai középpontjában.

Tágas szoba, este előtti bekészítés. Egy másik kollega szülinapjára süteményt kapott (én mondjuk nem, pedig a kicsekkolás napján volt nekem is :))

A reggeli kicsit drága. Egy kolléga panaszkodott, hogy hajnalig buliztak a szomszéd szobában.

I didn't like the fact that a "Premium Superior Room" turned out to be looking on to a depressing building facade wrapped in netting for construction purposes and I had to pay €60 per night on top €1,426.46 already agreed for a four night stay to get a room with a decent view of the Ferris Wheel.
