Location is in front of one of the gates to pompeii ruins
The room was dirty overall. Towels provided were sheets. The bed cover had stains and marks on it - seemed unwashed. Bathroom hot water took 6 minutes to run til warm. Carpet was very very very dirty.
Overall beautiful old building, but it needs a lot of work to bring up to hotel standards.
I paid a cheap price with a last minute booking, but I would not recommend staying here based on my experience.
Breakfast was quite poor. Limited selection especially if avoiding dairy.

Old charming building, comfortable and very close to the ruins an restaurants
No bathroom screen or curtain

The reason why I made booking in this hotel was location. It's located right next to old Pompeii, literally 20 meters from entrance gate, and other advantage, you can park your car for free there. The rooms are big but the hotel is old and poorly maintained. Regarding brackfas they were just fine.
The hotel was not clean.
3.0
The location is just a few steps from the entrance to Pompeii. We had a terrace view for an old Pompaii architecture. That was really great.
They have a good breakfast, not only sweet. They are preparing omelets and coffee to ask. The parking place was free in front of the hotel. Check in hours are long which we also really appreciate.
The room wasn't clean. I have never been in such a dirty hotel room before. Generally the whole hotel wasn't clean - corridors, stairs, breakfast room...

excellent location right next door to ruins.

It is a beautiful older hotel, generally well kept but in need of some minor touchups. The restaurant was not open when we were there. The staff were courteous and professional, but one gentleman (at breakfast) in particular was also friendly and personable. The street is noisy because of the flagstone pavement but the air conditioning worked at night so it was ok. Wonderfully located for access to Pompeii and the train station.
Some of the staff seemed a bit standoffish while others were great. Few restaurants within walking distance to choose from for dinner - most everything closes up by the time the Pompeii ruins close.

Super location, just next to Pompeii ruins. The hotel itself was a bit warned out, but still majestic and everything worked perfectly. The breakfast was great!

We were planing to have a hotel next to Pompei museum entrance and Hotel Vittoria is exactly what we have been looking for! Another main point for us was to have a parking lot for our car - that was also provided at no extra cost. One clarification should be made - title states that it's a Restaurant as well as Hotel, however, in the evening restaurant doesn't work these days. Despite the fact it's not a city center, there are still quite a few good restaurants in a walking distance, so having dinner or launch was not a problem at all.

The breakfast and the locations was good
The room was in bad maintenence, neesd a renovation.
The staff spoke poor or no English, leaving the recepcion unattended for long periods of time.
The hotel was always full of tourists who visit the run s to use the hotel bathroom.

I stayed here on two occasions and felt well received. The room was very comfortable and quiet - I almost didn´t wake up because I had such a great quality sleep. The hotel is old but has an amazing history behind it. The breakfast was pretty good. Though I am American, I understand that every country has it´s own breakfast options - therefore, the coffee, pastries, fruit and other things laid out were just perfect. I would certainly return to stay here. It is also located right in front of some ruins and very close to Pomeii.
i wish I could have stayed longer... everyone was so pleasant.

WiFi didn’t work on the room and was poor in the hall

our balcony. super air con and nice rooms.
the bed was a bid hard for us

The hotel is located just on outskirts of Pompei archeological park, which was super nice. The building itself is beautiful inside with statues and frescos. The hotel was able to provide a parking spot for us.
I wrongly assumed that hotel staff near one of the major tourist attractions could speak English at least on some basic level. How wrong was I in this assumption - the hotel staff, except for the waitresses during the breakfast, could barely speak any English at all which sometimes could be problematic. Luckily, we didn't have any issues during our stay, so we hadn't to communicate with staff to fix something. Also, during the breakfast you must ask waitress to get your morning coffee or omelette, which would be more time efficient with self service food and drink stations

Building is old but awesome, breakfast is superb!
Can use some renovations and Wifi can be better.

Location. Hotel located in the main square. Entrance to the pompeii ruins is next to the hotel. AC works well. Front counter has a person 24 hours. I will come back to this hotel if I visit again.
Beds and other furniture in the room are old. Room was small. Parking is limited.

hotel was very comfortable with all the amenities. it was located directly at the entrance to Pompeii and there was a nice selection of restaurants in walking distance. breakfast was satisfactory. room was very nice, with a lovely balcony/terrace.
once the Pompeii museum closed it seemed so did everything else… restaurants close around 6pm so choice of evening meal was limited. the hotel reception team were quite rude on arrival. can understand this during the busy day with day visitors, but it wasn’t the best first impression. the hotel would benefit with providing more info on the facilities available at the hotel, there is a lovely restaurant but we weren’t sure of opening times so went elsewhere.
