You’ve got everything you need, the pool is fine, the beach is 250 m. Away and well organized. You can also go to good restaurants within the resort or at the beach
The stay was a little bit pricey but kids really enjoyed

Fantastic layout, beautiful landscape, well maintained. Close to beach and pool area is exceptional. Friendly staff. Very clean, especially toilette facilities.
Nothing to complain

Location, services, food and drinks, all of it was excellent.
The staff were wonderful: Giorgia, Danilo, Gennaro, the reception team, the breakfast team.

The pool and beach club were just what we needed at the end of a 2 week adventure. The food was excellent, as was the serving staff.
You may not know the pool closure schedule until the week of your stay. A plug near the bed would be helpful.

Breakfast buffet was excellent. The beach and pool were both wonderful.
If traveling by train, definitely book transfer from the train station with the resort in advance as calling taxis required calling a local phone number. Train station was under construction with almost no services and confusing access to northbound platform.

This is a beautiful resort. The pool and lounge areas are very nice looking, but are showing some wear and tear that should be addressed. The pool drain that circles the pool is molding, cracked and some portions are missing.
The dinner is gross! It is lacking any flavor. DO NOT PAY FOR THE HALF BOARD! The first night we had a bug that was baked into our bread. The breakfast and lunch are decent though.
They do not cater to English speaking people. All of the activities are in Italian, so our kids felt excluded and there was no effort to try to include them.
The beds may be the worst we have ever slept in.
They charge you for everything and try to over charge you. We met other English speaking families and multiple of us were over charged. Fortunately they corrected the issue after we pointed it out.

Lovely hotel, really geared up for families. Lovely clean rooms, great pool facility and beautiful beach. Everything we expected. Fun entertainment in the evening.
The food on the whole was great, especially the pasta. But some items were very expensive- charged a lot for still water, 6euros for a tiny plate of beans etc. if they sharpened that up it would have been a 10/10 experience.
We would have liked to have used the kids clubs more but none of the staff spoke English, however I guess that is probably to be expected.

great food, great service
hotel was a bit isolated if you did not have a car

A fantastic week for 16 (!!) of us (4 kids, 2 teens, 10 adults) at super clean, high quality Oleandri Resort in Laura, Paestum. Very nearby is the hotel’s great beach with its excellent cafe bar. Staff are friendly and super-helpful: late one night, when we were stranded, the owner and staff went out of their way to ensure our safe return to the hotel - service way beyond what might be expected. Amazing! Other highlights - lovely pool; wonderful Bar Guy (you know who you are!); lobster tagliatelle at beach cafe. Aaaaah, grazie!

small and easy to get around. very beautiful at night.
entertainment is all in Italian but we are in Italy so this is not a complaint.

resort very complete
the location is good and you can go anywhere in bicycle

The pool area and gardens were lovely. Kids club staff were excellent, loved the aqua aerobics. Armando was the friendliest and most welcoming of all the staff.

very nice room, great pool, easy access to the beach
the restaurant serves good food but if you buy a la carte (we didn’t have half board included in our package) it is a bit expensive compare to other restaurants in Paestum

The waiter Danilo was great. the pool area is quite nice.
otherwise very slow service, the rooms are very basic. very expensive for what you get.

Beautiful grounds, amazing pool and beach area.
Uncomfortable beds, outdated room, fridge was not on when we arrived. Booked for a family of 5 and 2 of the beds were in the kitchen area. It was very cramped. There wasn’t dish soap or anything to clean dishes. The pool closed at 6 for weddings, and the music from the weddings was very loud until about 2 in the morning.

The pool area and landscape of the resort is beautiful. The staff were very kind and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
Our room was VERY small and dated. All the fixtures, hairdryer, refrigerator all need to
be updated. The restaurant staff were very nice but they seemed flustered and our orders were not
correct. Also, the food, other than the pizzas, were very overpriced for the small
portions received.

the location was beautiful, the pool and beach were definitely a highlight.
the staff at the beach bar were really friendly and attentive.
we weren’t given any information about the mini club, the evening meals were not very varied and overpriced compared to lunchtime and the bar only seemed to be open the day before we left.
8.0
Pool, service in the restaurant breakfast and service in the reception was excellent.
I was too early in the Season (first week may) and the beach club was not open yet.

Best part was getting to use the beach. We planned this as a beach break in our travels. Sandy mildly sloped beach (walk out 100m and still not deep) was perfect for a swim. Lounge chairs etc. beach lunch restaurant and little pricy but you kind of expect that...on the resort side the pool was the best part.
Compared to the smaller places we stayed at you kind of feel weirdly anonymous but it was fine.

Animators were great...especially for kids
Restaurant is not so good and over priced...almost double as a normal good restaurant

We really enjoyed this hotel. The staff is super friendly and helpfull. The garden and pool area are breath taking. We stayed here with our 9 year old daughter and she enjoyed it very much. The animation team is great and they really try to make you and your kids have a great time. The rooms are very clean and the restaurant is excellent. They also serve you drinks and food at the pool if you wish so. We will go back here. For sure one of our favorite hotel.
Nothing at all

Nice pool, close to beach.
Food was mediocre & due to a wedding, several facilities limited.

I really appreciated the friendliness of the staff and the willingness to go above and beyond for us was outstanding. There wasn't a need that I had that wasn't met and taken care of with a joyful demeanor.
I would have loved a hot tub and the pool a little warmer.

We loved this place and will be back.
They did not tell us upon booking of the pet restrictions onsite.
7.0
Beach was great. 5 rows are too many to keep sunbeds free though. Especially if there are no bookings there’s no point to keep so many sunbeds empty. And in September, well, ..
Rooms decorations too poor and simplistic. Cover toilet loose. Pool not accessible during weddings a bit disappointing. Spaces not clearly explained (ie it was confusing to understand what was the bar/restaurant on the pool, if it belonged to something or were just tables from the inside restaurant. Still don’t know. Coffee/ice cream shop a bit hidden.
