Very good

The water station on the 3rd and 9th floor is excellent for refilling. In-room coffee machines are a nice addition and the coffee capsule is tasty. The room is air conditioned.

The bathroom tub is outdated and overused. The room needs some maintenance to tighten some screws in place.

Nice room and very pleasant staff.

Very warm welcome by the staff (both morning and evening). Room was as nice as in the photos.

We had to pay a supplement for our dog but the hotel did not provide anything extra (no water bowl, cushion, treat) and we had to have our breakfast outside on the terrace. Fortunately the weather was mild and there were no smokers. There was plenty of space inside, we could have sat far away from the buffet, but I imagine this is due to hygiene restrictions. There is not much around the hotel in terms of restaurants. We had a nice dinner at the restaurant opposite but we had to wait at least 30 minutes for a table.

Location was perfect staff was so friendly the bed was really big and comfortable

awesome hotel for a good price, everybody was nice, but everybody on reception should speak English

good location, clean, modern, awesome curtains - it was completely dark at night

Night shift didn’t speak English - so it was a little complication because we didn’t speak Spanish. We could hear noisy neighbours a bit

Not recommended if you want a good nights sleep

staff was very friendly and helpful in general, location is conveniently located next to metro and bus so they the distance to the city centre is not a big problem

Interior is not fitting for a four star hotel, most of the furniture in our room was from IKEA, plugs hanging out of the wall, lamps falling off when touching them. The walls seem to be made out of styrofoam, meaning you hear your left and right neighbours’ conversations word for word as well as their toilet business. Doors being slammed in the middle of the night and people coming back from parties at 5 am can be heard loud and clear and will wake you up

Good hotel with good breakfast in a quieter area of Barcelona. Close to metro station

The hotel is clean. The breakfast is good with a range of bread, cereal and pastries. The hotel is quite away from the main tourist attractions but very conveniently located just around 200m from Maria Cristina metro station (L3). It is close to Camp Nou stadium. By being away from the more touristy parts of Barcelona, the area is very quiet.

Some aspects of the hotel room felt dated and in need of renovation.

Excellent, comfortable stay.

Great location with good transport links which made getting into the city easy. Staff were super friendly and helpful and offered great advice ok what to see and where to go.
