The staff, the cleanliness of the hotel and the room (and the bed!), and the accessibility of the hotel, all worked really well during my trip.

Nothing! But I have to say, just ignore the reviews that say the bathroom fittings aren't new enough. The bathrooms are clean and probably nicer than most people's homes. A little wear on the tap from daily cleaning isn't something to complain about!

Away from the centre, a bit too quiet in the evening. Not a lot around it's immediate vicinity.

Breakfast was amazing, Parking is included, and location is perfect. Staff was great.

The fact that they did not provide conditioner in bathrooms.
