Ein Hotel und ein Standort den man sich merken sollte.

Die Lage des Hotels ist absolute Spitze. Ein großer Garten mit Pool und reichlich Liegen grenzt unmittelbar an die Promenade mit dem dahinter liegenden Strand von San Pol. Auf jeden Fall Zimmer mit Garten- bzw. Poolblick nehmen. Vor dem Hotel sind kostenlose Parkplätze verfügbar. Zu loben ist auch die Küche mit ihren guten Menüs.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Technik wie Aufzüge und Badinstallationen gehören demnächst erneuert.

Localització, l'esmorzar i el massatge.

L'spa no estava en funcionament. Hi havia una boda i no es podia fer servir la piscina. A mig massatge, va començar el ball i la música ressonava... una llàstima ja que el massatge va ser espectacular.

Situation exceptionnelle face à la plage et entouré de pins, chambre lumineuse et agréable avec balcon, infrastructures très belles

Relax al costat d’una platja preciosa.

L’emplaçament i les vistes a la platja desde l’habitació.

Una mica de descoordinació. Primer ens van dir a recepció que trobaríem sabatilles i bernús a l’habitació, no va ser així i vaig baixar jo a buscar-ho a recepció. Després a l’Spa no els hi constava la nostra reserva al nostre nom. Després d’uns moments de desconcert es va solucionar tot al deduir que havien apuntat un altra nom enlloc del nostre. Posteriorment i un cop dins l’spa em va saber greu que quan vaig informar que no hi havien gots per l’aigua no m’entenguessin i veurem forçat a expressar-ho en castellà (no entro en les cares del personal de “ves como no es tan difícil decirlo en castellano” al fer-ho perquè es una percepció personal i en cap moment m’ho van expressar en paraules).

Buen hotel pero personal bastante mejorable

Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación del hotel. Desde la habitación se veía la playa y tenía vistas bonitas. Además, las instalaciones del hotel son muy bonitas y están en perfecto estado.

No me gustó la atención que recibimos por parte de algunos de los trabajadores del hotel. Tuvimos un problema con la Media Pensión pero al final nos lo solucionaron bien, pero costó. Además, la cena del hotel tenía el mismo menú dos días, por lo que considero que por el precio, tendrían que ofrecer más variedad.

Schönes angenehmes Hotel am Strand

Das Hotel liegt traumhaft schön und ruhig in einer kleinen Bucht. Es gibt ein Restaurant mit gutem Frühstück und Abendessen. Der Pool ist angenehm groß. Unser Zimmer hatte einen kleinen Balkon mit Meerblick.

Superb

Lovely hotel with a simple but elegant style. Comfortable bed and good size bedroom. Plenty of options on breakfast. The beach outside is not the best but with a short walk you can find a really nice beach.

Although great, the spa entry could cost a bit less. 20 for an hour of full access is a bit much if you are a couple wanting to use it every day.

Careful with the SPA!

The properly is not new but upkept properly and very clean.

We have chosen this hotel for its SPA facilities, namely massages. We requested it firstly in the morning at the main reception and were told to go to the SPA reception. When we went there, there was no one at the desk. We returned 2h later and still it was empty. We went back to the main reception and it turned out that we didn’t need to go there since they can do the booking at the main reception. There was 4-5 slots free but they couldn’t be booked because the person was waiting for ‘a director’ and asked us to come back in 30 mins. When we came back after that time the director himself was at the reception and informed us that there are no slots available. This made our stay way worse and experience unpleasant.

The breakfast was lovely. Meals we had in the facility were good. Loved the access to the sea and coastal path.

Fair enough. We got what we paid for.

Locality; pool and the little parc with trees; breakfast; bath with whirpoool

More complimentary items like lotion ot conditioner. Better coffee in the morning.

Lovely place with great view, good spa, fresh food for breakfast

Charging money for tea and coffee in the room is cheap. No birthday compliments. 20 euro for 1 hour spa in expensive. At least do 2 hours for that price in low season

Location , right next to beach. The best part of the property. Fabulous Resort ambience Facilities were good. Cleanliness was exceptional Staff(at bar, reception) Were courteous Breakfast was good Check in checkout process is hassle free. Overall a very good resort indeed.

Jacuzzi was not working in our room. Little disappointing. But yes staff was considerate for the same. They have only heater mode in rooms and AC was off. Which was something we did not like.

Exceptional

It was really a wonderful place for us and the dogs! Lots of room, great view, quiet and close to the beach! Wonderful place and we will be back for a ce longer stay. The good was also delicious!

Pleasant

The location is amazing and the hotel is beautiful. The rooms were modern and most of the staff were lovely and friendly.

There were so many ants coming from our vent in the room it was disgusting. When we complained to management they were unfazed and said 'oh did you have the heating on in your room' which was just totally irrelevant(by the way, the heating came on by itself every night anyway without us pressing anything). They then told us they would send in the maid to exterminate them. We went back to our room unsatisfied, it took my partner asking them 3 times to change room again before they allowed us to change it was disgraceful, there was no apology or anything. Also the 'thermal spa pool' is just a regular indoor pool and its €10 per person for an hour, which seems stingy in my opinion.

Very relaxing stay at S'Agaró

Lovely hotel that's incredibly located by the coastline. They provide free parking in the premises so that's a big plus. Our room was spacious, and the was bed very comfortable. Very good breakfast included with our room. We also tried the spa, small but well kept. Staff were all friendly and helpful. It was a very relaxing, very pleasant stay and we plan to return.

Enchanting with the most wonderful cliff walk starting just a few meters from hotel

Very good breakfast in restaurant with views over sea and extremely helpful reception staff who gave us a wonderful room with balcony and sea view at upper level as requested I was also extremely quiet except for the small children of French guests riding their bicycles around the timber terrace immediately below - perhaps hotel needs to ban bicycles in bedrooms !

Nothing as the only complaint related to antisocial behavior of guests who should know better

The breakfast could have a bit more variety, it’s a good buffet but everyday is the same. The spa is closed on Sundays off season
