Exceptional

An amazing combination of great location and tastefully furnished spacious rooms with big and comfortable beds. The hotel is just a few minutes walking distance from all main sights of the city. We enjoyed a nice view to the small square in front of the house. The hotel offers a good price-quality ratio compared to many other corresponding accommodation options in the center of Bruges.

Very central property with huge rooms

Very spacious rooms (suite size++), central location a stone throw from the city centre. Big windows, lots of natural lighting. Would stay again next time.

No aircon, just a single fan to share for a unit with additional separate bedroom. Private secure parking is located a few blocks away, and due to one-way streets it took us 12 minutes to drive there. But only 2 to get back to the hotel.

Perfect location to explore Bruges.

No breakfast. There is an excellent coffee/breakfast place steps from the door, Vero Caffe. The location is perfect, your are in the heart of Old Town. The room is very comfortable with cute balcony. Thankfully it has elevator. Recommend tapas bar Rose Red around the corner. Try the tacos!

The directions to check in could have been more clear.

We liked the hotel but some little things were not taken into account by the hotel staff

The location is good. really close to the center of Brugge. Nice hotel, big and comfortable room

No option of breakfast at all. Coffee, teas and sugar were in the room but no any spoons. No knifes or forks… It was such a bad surprise for us! Nice shower but no shower cap. Only two towels (one small for face and hands and one medium size for body. It was not enough at all.

Spacious, comfortable, relaxing and good value!

We were very happy to find our 'room' was actually instead more of an apartment with two separate large bedrooms. We prefer to stay in places with a bit of character and this was right up our street. The decor is very nice and we found it a relaxed space to come back to after sightseeing and eating out. It's a great location, on a quiet square, but only a short walk to the Markt and all the bustle. It doesn't offer breakfast but the room had a fridge and kettle - it's easy to find a little supermarket or cafe nearby. There's also an area to leave your luggage if you arrive early.

Few minor points: the sink tap in the main bedroom ensuite is in an odd position and water goes mostly outside the sink. The additional small toilet/shower room could do with a hand towel hook and a hook on the door for towel when showering.

Lovely studio, much bigger than we had expected. Excellent location very close to main square. Very clean and well equipped studio.

Didn't actually see a member of staff - you self check in and out. Instructions for self check in weren't completely clear so it would have been nice to just have a staff member on site during check in times.

Perfect location to explore Brugge

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Brugge, stunning room with courtyard outside the room( winter1) the room was large with all mod cons and the bed was comfortable, tea and coffee facilities were available, beautiful floors and light fittings, and the shower was great

An absolutely luxurious establishment for a very reasonable price!

I had no idea what to expect when I booked this room, but I thought I would be in for an affordable and modest hotel. I got a luxury accommodation experience which was definitely the most lux accommodation I had in 2 months travelling Europe. Double volume ceilings, an enormous bed, beautiful bathroom and plenty of space for relaxing and working in the room. I will definitely be back!
