Durchreise-Hotel mit gutem Service

Wir haben in diesem Hotel auf unserer Durchreise nur eine Nacht verbracht. Trotz unserer späten Ankunft und dem frühen Check-out war der Kontakt mit dem Personal äußerst angenehm. Wir hatten telefonisch um einen späten Check-in gebeten, und das Team war sehr entgegenkommend. Auch beim Auschecken begegneten wir einem hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter. Das Zimmer verfügte zwar über keine Klimaanlage, aber durch das gekippte Fenster konnten wir dennoch eine angenehme Nachtruhe genießen.

Le calme, la proximité de l'aéroport (en navette derrière la gare, à 100 m se l'hôtel). C'est la deuxième fois que j'y allais, excellent rapport qualité prix.

Good place for the rest after long travel by car

Atmosphere :) Location, staff, parking. The hotel is located close to highway. The breakfast is simple, but very tasty and fresh. The parking behinde of the hotel, it is very suitable for people who travel by car.

Very good breakfast. Very polite and helpful staff. Hotel is located near the airport and only 100 m from the bus- and trainstation.

No airport-hotel. Can't keep up the quality of the rooms with the the breakfast service.

That they can't call it an "airport-hotel".. I was coming in late because of plane-trouble (00.30) I gave the notice, they only told be, use the code to access the hotel... At the airport at that time, no taxies available, the parking lot was completely empty. You would think an airport-hotel would be nearby..in walking distance maybe.. Think again, not 500 m but 5 km.. I was saved by a German, complete gentleman, random bystander, waiting for friends from the same plane, he had the courtesy to bring me to the hotel. I imagine I had to sleep at the airport if this nice man wasn't there for me (and I'd paid upfront for the hotel anyway). I suggest, inform your guest of the distance, and maybe give some advice concerning transport possibilities if coming in late. Breakfast was also very limited - almost nothing left at 09h, had to ask for milk, no egg, no eggs holder - had the impression that the guests where bothering the staff

Absolutely not safe. It’s a tiny dodgy town on the border of France with no Ubers or taxis or anyone speaking English. The ground floor room feels extremely unsafe and had no metal bars or burglar proof shutters on the window. The reception staff is rude and unwilling to help.

From the minute we arrived we felt welcome and de-stressed after all our travel plans had been completely disrupted. Our

We made a last minute booking due to our flight being cancelled and had to make a mad dash to Basel to catch a flight at 7am the next day. The location of the hotel was perfect for the airport and we were able to have a wonderful evening meal in one of the nearby restaurants. The best thing about the visit was the warm welcome from the hosts who did everything possible to assist in booking the restaurant and the 5am taxi for the next morning.

Perfect for a short stay! It was my second time at this hotel and everything is as showed in the pictures. Great location near the train station and amazing facilities for a 3star hotel. I would stay again at this property, I will pass in the future through St. Louis
