Excelente!!

Adorei tudo! O pequeno almoço e jantar eram muito bons, os funcionários muito atenciosos e simpáticos, a cama era confortável. O facto de ter uma praia maravilhosa perto foi incrível. Irei voltar com toda a certeza!

A complete disappointment and don’t match expectations what so ever

Breakfast was good. Enjoyed the chef making fresh omelette in the morning.

I do not understand how this hotel has 4 stars. It’s complete false marketing. The pictures online are completely misleading, the pictures are beautiful but does not correspond with the actual state of the hotel. The pictures only show the main building where the superior rooms and suites are and not the normal double beds. The reality is worn-down and has a funky smell. Our first room rank of mold, the airco was broken and taped with actual duck tape and it leaked water on the floor plus the balcony door broken that didn’t close on the ground floor. The second room we for after complaining basically had no view just a small window, it felt like a dungeon. We ended up upgrading ourselves to manage to stay the days we Planned to not feel awful. Staff working seemed oblivious to our experience and did not even offer an apology. Breakfast not included in the superior room is also strange. Other odd thing is that they kept on chasing people for a card (you got one for a 20 euro deposit) to get a towel for the pool- it just gave a feeling that the guests were thieves and were unwanted. If a hotel is 4 stars a pool towel is not too much to ask. It was overall a strange vibe. I’m not sure if the staff is completely overworked or if there is bad management but it didn’t seem right.

Localizado ao pé de uma praia absolutamente incrível.

Da localização e do facto de ter parque de estacionamento.

O tamanho do quarto, bem como não corresponder às fotografias. Cheirava a mofo o quarto e era muito quente. O A/C não funcionava sempre que ligávamos e fazia muito barulho.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel

Nice selection for breakfast

Dark, small room. Barely any cleaning or amenities in the room, everything in hotel is paid for. They put sprinkles at night without telling you and all our things were wet. Also the cleaner took our sports towel and the hotel staff acted like they don’t care, didn’t even apologise and we also didn’t get the towel back

Perfekt som tog slut för fort

Varierad, god och rikligt med mat, både frukost och middag. Lugnt och skönt. All personal trevlig och hjälpsam. Välskött trädgård och rent både inne och ute. Nära till liten mysig strand med kristallklart vatten. Trevligt poolområde. Bra WIFI

Ingenting, allt var bra.

Algunas cosas muy buenos y otras muy malas

El lugar, las instalaciones, la limpieza y el personal muy bueno

No me gustó que me quisieron cobrar 3€ la caja de seguridad, en cualquier hotel es un servicio que no se cobra, me parece de muy mal gusto. Y además la cena que tenían de bufet llegamos a las 21 hs y quedaba muy pocas cosos y no repicaron nada es como haber comido sobras muy malo

Keine Empfehlung in der Woche vor der Winterschließung

Sehr schöne Anlage. Die Zimmer sind in einzelnen Bauteilen verteilt, daher verläuft es sich. Die Bucht ist fußläufig 3 Min entfernt. Wir durften am Anreisetag unsere Strandtücher noch nutzen und konnten uns auch abduschen.

Das Hotel schließt zum 29.10. über den Winter. Ich empfand unser Zimmer nicht wie auf den Fotos abgebildet (kleiner, dunkel, Luft feucht). Der Empfang hat auf Anmerkung nicht reagiert und meinte nur es sei wegen der Schließung kein anderes Zimmer frei. Frühstück war von 07:30 - 10:30 Uhr, Abendessen von 19:00 - 21:30 Uhr beides Büfett (erstmal). Wir waren nie die ersten, aber dann war auch immer was nicht mehr verfügbar. Für mich war für 4 Sterne viel Doseobst dabei, obwohl es auf dem Markt tolles Obst gab. Ab Mittwoch Morgen gab es nur noch ein kleineres Frühstücksbüfett, Abends wurde dann das Büfett ganz eingestellt und je 3 Wahlmöglichkeiten für die Vorspeise und Hauptgericht zur Verfügung gestellt. Salat habe ich erst nach etwas Aufstand außerhalb des Angebots bekommen. Wir sind dann Donnerstag abgereist. . Es wäre alles kein Problem gewesen, wenn man einfach informiert worden wäre, vor dem Urlaub oder auch Vorort. Nichts ist passiert, auch beim Checkout wurden wir nicht gefragt, ob es uns gefallen hat.

Très bon séjour à Alcúdia

Établissement calme et bien placé. Petit déjeuner buffet avec grande variété de choix. Personnel très agréable.

Chambres pas très bien isolées. Piqûres d'insectes pendant la nuit.

Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen

Frühstück war super, Ambiente am Pool, historisches Treppenhaus im Haupthaus

Die Zimmerausstattung war sehr spartanisch Die Zimmertüren entsprechen eher schwingtüren ohne Dichtung mit viel Luft. Man hört alles . Die Lage ist außerhalb, leider ist es aufgrund der Spartanischen Ausstattung doch eher laut Die Freundliche Rezeption entdeckt man erst auf den zweiten Blick

Essen im allgemeinen sehr sehr gut, vom Frühstück, zum Kaffee, bis zum Abendessen, alles top!!! Schönes Hotel mit Parkplatz und sehr gut gebucht, also fix entscheiden.

Man hat alles was man braucht und möchte. Geruch im Zimmer ist manchmal leicht unangenehm und es ist etwas feucht. Allerdings ist es sehr sauber und das es manchmal riecht ist leider so,wo aber keiner was für kann. Sonst alles top

Not worth it plus it gets more expensive due to not having bus or a beach close

Not a lot, I had a bunch of issues where no one was able to help me

It was raining inside the house, the walls are “empty” so you listen to every conversation of every neighbour. The neighbour turned on the aircon that made the wall shaking, I have video and I called workers to check. They checked and they said they couldn’t do anything. Unfortunately I had to deal with it myself and ask politely if my neighbour could turn it off which he did.

It was a lovely stay, we miss this place

The best restaurant staff, food (breakfast and dinner) - top of the top, like an expensive restaurant, localization, chill out zone.

A little smell of damp in our apartament (room 407), but we spent a lot of time in the garden, not in the room, so it wasn't a big problem for us. Cleaning service could be better.

Excellent petit déjeuner très copieux et avec beaucoup de choix.

sans voiture, impossible de profiter de la ville. Piscine ridiculement petite au vu du nombre de chambres de l’hôtel. Seule une petite plage bondée est accessible à pied (san pere).

The worst 4* hotel I have ever stay at. Even hostel has more privacy.

Very nice selection of food for dinner and breakfast.

We have been given a room, that was a part of family suit. Our room was separated from another guest room with very thin wooden slidding doors. We had to listen to our neighbours TV, snoring and loud conversation. We had absolutely no privacy. Room like this should never been listed for booking at 4* hotel. Receptionist was not able to help us as she said they were fully booked. So I was left unhappy and now I am trying to forget this stay at this hotel. This was totally unprofessional. Mal Pas should be ashamed for claiming themselves 4* hotel and then let people stay in the room like this.

Superb

Staff was fantastic, the food was very good, and the location was perfect for us. We couldn't ask for a better place.

The only issue we had was that the room was humid. In fact our clothes were all a bit damp.

Excellent

The deal for dinner and breakfast was too good to refuse and given the lack of other restaurants within walking distance, we were happy we'd made this decision. The food was varied and well presented, not fine dining but overall very good. Only minus was it wasn't always very hot! Staff were very professional and friendly, English wasn't widely spoken but we were the visitors. The pool area and gardens are beautifully kept and the other communal areas are well set out and furnished.

Rooms are comfortable and bathroom was great but the bedrooms are rather stark!

rooms located in “kind of aparatment houses” I had a room on ground floor and it was so noisy, strange noise upstairs like someone constantly moving furnitures… and the sound of flushes…
