Nice staff.

Breakfast selection was as expected, no problems but it’s never hot enough. The staff were superb as always. My only very small criticism is that we had a disabled bathroom the disabled seat was mouldy…not pleasant.

Comfort, staff and general welcome excellent.

Hotel correcto aunque la limpieza deja mucho que desear

El personal, eran amables y serviciales

La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear y necesita una renovación urgente. Las moquetas y sillones estaban llenos de manchas y había pelos en la bañera. Los muebles estaban muy desgastados y el conjunto daba sensación de estar descuidado.

Bon séjour.

Le parking suffisamment grand et gratuit. Accueil a la réception rapide et sympathique. Salle de fitness, piscine et sauna a disposition. Déjeuner sous forme de buffet.

Chambre un peu juste, impossible d'ouvrir une valise autre part que sur le lit. Personnel peut respectueux des clients, claque les portes des chambres en début de nuit et se demande pourquoi on leur fait une remarque 😐 Vue de la chambre sur l'arrière de l'hôtel et ses poubelles.

Good apart from tiny “kebab” for lunch. Should be described as a mini kebab or just provide 2!!!

Halte pratique à Inverness

Les chambres et la literie sont corrects. Le rapport qualité prix est bon, surtout si vous êtes 3 personnes dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner inclus est très bien. Le parking est gratuit.

L'hôtel est bruyant. Outre qu'il soit situé au bord d'une route fréquentée, des voyageurs indélicats sont rentrés tard et ont quasiment crié dans les couloirs et claqué violemment les portes de minuit à 2h du matin. La lumière de la salle de bains est trop faible. Mieux vaut avoir une voiture pour se rendre au centre d'inverness.

De ligging is prima en het personeel is ook super vriendelijk

De kamer. De matrassen waren erg vies als ook de vloer. Het zijn erg oude kamers niets vergleken met de foto,s. Ook het diner was niet in orde.. althans de steak waar je 30 pond voor betaald is erg karig. Een steakje en een beetje friet. Voor de saus betaal je 3,5 pond extra. Maar daarvoor krijg je een waterig bakje met iets wat op saus moet lijken. We waren er één nacht maar ik zou het niet weer boeken.

Exceptional service from the staff, comfortable clean room, additional support for cycling event

Service was excellent - friendly staff that were always more than happy to help. The special arrangements for the local Etape event were greatly appreciated. Also, great water pressure in the shower.

The receptionist in the health club was a little rude.

Good location, easy parking. Had a steam room. Evening meals good, breakfast very good.

Excellent breakfast, fresh fruit on offer which I like.

The evening meal (delicious) was served & the cutlery arrived 5 mins later.

I would expect higher standards when being charged these prices. Checked out 4 days early.

Leisure facilities.

Food was terrible and over priced. Very noisy. Bed sheets had blood stains on them. No blanket provided for cot bed.

Wonderful Stay at Wonderful Hotel

Room was surprisingly very very spacious and comfortable. Room was neat and tidy and welcoming as guests were given access to the drinks and snacks without extra charges. Advanced check in very convenient.

Amazing, lovely staff, great facilities, great breakfast.

Hottest jacuzzi we’ve used during a hotel stay! Lovely lukewarm pool also, the rooms were snug but clean and comfortable, all staff were lovely and accommodating especially the day shift as we were given a free breakfast after complementing them on the food, to enjoy the last morning of our stay. Would highly recommended and will be staying again.

Rooms were a little warm at night but that’s just my preference.

Outdated and not value for money.

The bed is comfortable.

The toilet and shower are moldy. The door to the toilet is faulty. The doors to the rooms shut very loudly which wakes everyone up in the middle of the night.

Disappointing stay

Pool, spa, beds.

View from room window to the leisure centre roof with rubbish on the flat bit, so not a nice view. Just like at the theatre you should let the customer know when views from your room are low quality. Room needing paint, lots of marks on walls made it look dirty. Shower had slow drain, dirty floor, mould on grout, bottom of door peeling. Food from restaurant was poor. Cheese and spinach "Pizzeta" and kids pizza was a cold roll bread with cheese on top, and 3 spinach leaves... didn't eat it as it tasted as it looked. Wouldn't recommend this hotel. Far too expensive for what we got. We thought it would be a little treat on our holidays from Australia but not worth the money we paid. So disappointed. Husband stayed there 20 years ago, unfortunately the passing of time has not been kind to the hotel.

The room was clean.

Unfortunately there just was not enough staff on for how busy it was, considering it is the height of Inverness tourist season and there were plenty tourists the staffing level just didn't match, the ones they did have were trying there best however you definitely felt they were under manned. When asked about menu items the young girl unfortunately didn't know the menu items and went as far to say shed never seen the dish which didn't give us much faith. The menu itself reads well however whats presented doesn't live up.
