Lo que buscaba

Lo mejor de todo es el personal desde que llegas a recepción pasas por la cafetería (Sergio un autentico fenómeno, amable, pendiente de todo y hace lo necesario por ayudarte) hasta que te vas que me dejaron quedarme un poco más (una chica súper amable que no recuerdo si nombre.

No funcionaban los enchufes que están en la habitación.

Satisfecho y comodidad

Para la ciudad q se visitaba, Segovia, valoró la comodidad de estacionar y luego el desplazamiento rápido y cómodo al centro de la ciudad. Muy bien comunicado.

La cafetería un poco revuelto y mucha bulla.

Superb

Nice hotel just outside main town. About 4 min drive and then hope for parking space. Restaurant downstairs. I just had basic breakfast. Wifi ok. Room good. Lifts which are great. Parking in front of hotel. Busy during day but clears at night. Buses into town . I had car so drove in. Aquaduct is worth the trip.

It was a comfortable modern hotel could do with a refurb but was very good value for the price

overall I liked it. and would consider staying again if I was in the area

car parking was good, nice large area. good balcony, nice suntrap. I liked that they leave the choice of re using your towels or leaving them to br washed.

I thought breakfast was included, as I derected to where it was served and what time, no mention that it was extra. soI was surprised when they asked me to pay at the end. if I had know I would have made alternative arrangements. as maybe for a meat eater, it was ok, I was left with bread and jam without marg. I did request vegan marg and dond alternative milk would have been good too. could of also have fine with an extra 40cm space at the end of the bed. it was quite tight.

Comfortable, Perfect location, Value for money

The hotel was very clean and the beds ware very comfortable, Value for money , Good going, I wish all the best to the hotel staff and the owner, keep doing good job.

Low price low demanding hotel close to Segovia

Location ok, not so far from city center, around 30min walk. Big free parking in front of hotel. Little Balkon, I like it. Price low compared with other hotels close to Segovia.

Reception can be improved with welcoming and service attitude. (my girl friend ID card was checked carefully, great) Low capacity of electricity due to hotel old electricity equipment still used.

Clean and comfortable hotel

The staff was friendly. Clean and cozy room. Comfortable bed. Free parking. Big supermarkets are nearby Aldi and Lidl. Bus stop to the city centre of Segovia is around 300m, costs 1 euro per person one way.

comfortable, adequate, clean and close enough to town centre and facilities

no frills budget room but had all we needed of a stopover place. comfortable beds, adequate space, even a balcony.

bed head was a bit squeaky - not enough to be a problem

Superb

The hotel is easy to find and is close the the beautiful city of Segovia. We enjoyed a pleasant good value evening meal in the restaurant. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It wasn't very close to any bars or restaurants. Having said that the hotel bar was good.

Good value hotel with free parking and easy to get on a bus to Segovia

Room was good size and comfortable. When we asked to change to a quieter room they did so without hesitation.
