Hôtel restaurant agréable très bien placé pour visiter la cité de Carcassonne.
L'accès au restaurant n'est pas autorisé avec un chien dans la partie centrale proche du buffet. Hormis cela rien de particulier.

Lovely stay in Campanile Carcassonne. Room was very clean, hotel staff were extremely helpful and the pool was lovely. Location is about a 10-15 minute mostly flat walk from the Medieval City with the old town and Canal du Midi about another 10 minute walk from there. It's a lovely lace to walk around. We got a taxi to the Lac de la Cavayère (€20). Taxi from the airport was €25.

Dinner was good value for money with kid’s menu and salad buffet. Small but refreshing pool.
Location in an industrial/commercial area.

It was in Carcassone .
Black mold in our bathroom, shower continually flooded, bad location.
7.0
Cleanliness of room and restrooms. Staff were friendly. Good range of alcoholic beverages.
Food was unfortunately quite disappointing. The steak I had for dinner was very very fatty and almost inedible. Two glasses of wine taken off of the final bill which was a nice touch.

Location easy to find & hotel vey well maintained.
But very disappointed after driving some 8 hrs and arriving 7pm ish the restaurant was closed and non close by. Couldn’t even offer us a sandwich but managed full buffet breakfast the following morning which we declined! Stayed Campanile in Perpignan beginning of Jan & had lovely evening meal.

Staff were very pleasant. Spacious common areas. Easy checkin/out. Bed and towels clean. Tea making facilities in the room. Powerful shower. En suite bathroom. Quiet. Easy to find off a main road. Good WiFi and TV. 70 euros for the night.
Room was small double and tired and not so clean in places. Brown and stained carpet. Shower not fully enclosed so water splashing onto bathroom floor which was stained around shower entrance. No extra pillows. Heating in room not on individual control (or maybe too complicated a panel for me to figure) Cheap coffee. No soft seating. Sense of hotel being a stop for business people/truckers and didn't expect that. Location was in middle of what I would call a retail park /industrial zone. Car definitely required. The facilities room rating won't allow me to use any button except the big smile??

NOTHING. Hotel Campanile in Carcassonne is the worst, dirtiest, most neglected establishment that we ever had the misfortune to stay in and we cannot stress enough to avoid it at all costs
- Hotel and room filthy and unkept (carpet smelly, stained and never vacuum cleaned)
- No toilet brush in the bathrooms and the toilet roll is counted and replaced with difficulty
- Paper cups used for tea and coffee in the room left to pile up with the rest of the dust and the dirt
- Dust and sticky grease everywhere
- Staff rude and unhelpful, pretending not to understand english language and not to know the names of places around
- Swimming pool no bigger than a puddle and rarely in sunshine (for the duration of the stay we never saw someone attempting to clean it)
- Prices in bar and restaurants seriously overpriced
- The food is very poor quality, ridiculous waiting time for being served and if you don't speak french forget about it
- Everything is counted i.e. one tea bag between two people in the room
- Situated in an industrial estate
- No entertainment at all even in high season and you are rudely told to shut up at 11pm if you get a chat and a laugh with the other guests by the chef
- The decking boards on the floor around the pool looks scruffy, neglected and covered in birds droppings all the time
- The timber decking on the walls of the building are warped, rotting and starting to come away from the building above the “swimming pool/puddle” due to severe neglect and lack of maintenance.
- Dogs in the restaurant even though they're not allowed but nobody stops them- No dress code and some staff members have the same clothes on for 4 days if not more (shorts, t-shirt and runners) and serve at the tables in that state
- TV signal is brutal and the Wi-fi is hit and miss in the building, not existing in the garden/pool
area
- Surrounding area littered and unkept, broken footpaths where they do exist
- If you have no car prepare to walk a lot in poor streets conditions.
Nothing good can be said about this place. It was the first time in all our travels that we looked forward to come home. In short an absolute dump

Clean and comfortable room, however too small. Excellent staff that were helpful and responsive. Good breakfast, but egg poacher was not hot enough and the crepes were cold. It would have been nice to have bacon.

Easy to find…nice breakfast…efficient air-con…not too far from town…good parking…and a surprisingly good quality dinner. Nice towels. Sunday morning breakfast assistant VERY efficient, keeping everything topped up and tidy.
The area is very shabby…filthy windows and public area. The shower screen not fitted properly so leaked. Hair dryer wires hanging loose. Fixed toiletries to the wall. Awful toilet paper. Breakfast assistants not particularly efficient.
