Neum behalten wir positiv in Erinnerung, jedoch kommen wir nicht ein zweites Mal

Das Hotel war für uns als Familie gut platziert. Es gibt eine schöne Lobby und uns Zimmer hatte Meerblick. Der Pool und die kleine Bucht waren nah beieinander.Das Personal war durch und durch freundlich.

Die Außenanlagen war nicht sauber, ist auch schwierig, da neben den Hotelgästen andere Strandgäste sind. Viel Müll der entsteht. Absolut NoGo ist, dass die Liegen + Sonnenschirm am Pool Geld kosten.

Izjemna lokacija, ob morju. Ležalniki ob bazenu udobni vendar plačljivi. Voda v bazenu izjemno čista.

Hrana v hotelu bi lahko bila bolj raznovrstna, bolj domiselno sestavljeni jedilniki , manj maščob bi bilo dobrodošlo. Malo šepa čistoča okoli hotela.

Hotel staff is excellent and stay was enjoyable with them. Room is clean and comfort with balcony that has great view.

Facilities outside hotel made us uncomfortable, especially staff that overviews the pool at the nearby restaurant.

Nice hotel and pool, great view!

The hotel is very nice and clean and the room was comfortable and nice bath. The staff was very nice and friendly.

The food quality was very poor.

The stuff and ladies from reception were extraordinary hospitable. They provided everything we needed in a really short time. Hotel is very well equipped with everything you need.

The additional lounge we got in room wasn't clean. The restaurant (breakfast) lacked water or juices. Also, there is no club tables by the pool, so we had to leave coffee on the ground.

The hotel was really clean and the staff was polite. I also really liked the sea view. It's in a great location nearby the beach and the center of Neum.

Firstly I didn't like the parking. When we arrived there was no parking spot available and there was a queue of 3 cars in front of us and 3 cars behind us, waiting for the parking spot. There were only available spots in the garage, but that was additionally charged 15 KM per day. After 30 minutes of waiting, we finally found an available spot. Secondly, if we consider the price I didn't like that everything was additionally charged. For example, since I'm a guest of the hotel and since I paid not so cheap price, I really don't expect to additionally pay for a parasol and a sunbed every day on a beach, but here we had to. Furthermore, the food (breakfast and dinner) was okay, but there were not many options. Another thing that I really didn't like was that the waiter was walking during the dinner with the drinks that were offered to the guests, but guests need to actually pay for the drinks. In my opinion that was really rude because if the dinner is included in the overall price, I expect to have at least one beverage included in it.

- Nice location, - nice view - good new rooms

- the rooms weren't very well faclitated no mini bar, no bathroom amenities. which isn't what you'd expect from a 4 stars hotel. - rooms with sea view over looks the hotel's disco in which the music is very loud and was not turned off until 2 am. - breakfast dining hall was very crowded and a very small and not really divers buffet was offered.
