Fine budget stay

Friendly and quick-in-action host. Fine and quiet location. Nice and clean pool.

Beds. Matrasses are thin, used and extremly uncomfortable. Out of 2 cookingplates, only one worked - not great anyway, frying took 5x more time than normally. These need upgrade.

Perfect pet friendly accommodation

The apartment is exactly what we were looking for. Novalja is a small place, but often your vacation is ruined by the noise of the surrounding partygoers. This house is located on the edge of the city center so it offers both peace and easy mobility to the city center. The host was smiling and approachable. The pool comes perfectly in the evening after a long day of swimming in the sea but also as a refreshment in the early dawn. Cheers, I hope life takes us back to Novalja, once again

Nice but I advice it for a short stay

The apartment is bigger than expected and everything was nice and clean. The hosts are nice and they didn't bother us at all even if were listening to music on the balcony. It was kinda close to everything. We were coming back from the festival and it took only 10 min to walk up from the center.

The worst was that we got a smoking apartment eventhough I reserved a non-smikong apartment plus the host didn't say anything when we arrived. 2 days after when I asked about it they said that it's because of the previous guest...but there was an ash tray in the apartment on the table when we arrived... They didn't offer any compensation. There was not much info regarding the trash, what to do with it, we didn't have enough essential things (toilett paper, iron...or you may need to ask for everything), also the swimmingpool is much smaller than on the picture. However, the size of it was right enough. Everything was fine (except the stinky smoke smell) and for this price during a 1 week stay I expected much higher value. They don't come during a long stay to clean, change the towel or anything.
