The individual pools were good

The restaurant food is revolting and made us sick to the point we had to call in a doctor
We tried calling the front desk from early hours of the morning with no answer, finally someone from house keeping answered at 7:45 and said they couldn’t help and we would have to wait an additional 45mins for someone at reception. When someone at reception did come on duty they were trying to call us on the room phone which is located in the outside area. I would have thought it common sense to place the phone near the bed or inside the room but clearly not….the doctor finally arrived several hours later and they were amazing. She also assessed me for a broken arm as I had slipped and fallen in the bathroom on the wet tiles as the only bathroom option is outside ie when it rains you will be showering in the rain when you use the toilet you will be sitting g in the rain and using toilet paper that is left in the rain. I had indeed broken my arm….all in all this place is not worth the money even on a discount. Needs a major overhaul and the kitchen needs to be shutdown

Nähe am Strand. Die Gartenanlage war schön und mat hat viele tierische Bewohner gesehen
Die Reinigung war nicht besonders genau. Oder wurde garnicht gesäubert. Frühstück könnte etwas Abwechslung brauchen. Die Villen bräuchten eine Sanierung. Die Toten Ameisen in der Küche waren 2 Tage nicht weggemacht. Habe sie selbst entfernt. .

チェックインも、14時ですが、1240分位にヴィラに入ることが出来て、レイアウトチェックインせず、12時にチェックアウトして、15時くらいにヴィラのプールでのんびりすることができました。(チェックアウト後もプールを使ってよいと言われました)

Bali Aroma Villas does have a problem with 🦟. They do try to address it treatments... but during our stay November 2024, there were still lots of mosquitoes inside our room and in our outdoor areas. It's the only negative comment I could make.

Villa spacieuse, propre et très agréable avec ses salles de bain en extérieur et sa piscine privée. le personnel particulièrement agréable avec une mention spéciale à notre réceptionniste qui a répondu avec célérité et bienveillance à toutes nos sollicitations. L'emplacement est parfait, à 5mn de la plage et des hôtels bling bling et à 15mn du centre ville. La piscine de l'établissement est magnifique et propre. Nous y étions à notre arrivée à Bali, et cet établissement a ravi l'ensemble des membres de la famille, ce qui le distingue et de loin de tous les autres. Encore un grand merci, suksma.

Everything! Very quiet and private but 100m to beach and clubs in one direction and shops in the other. Spacious 3 brm open plan Balinese villa with private pool and large resort pool with restaurant.

Spacious rooms, comfortable bed, good WiFi, lobby staff and those handling bags etc were friendly and helpful.
* Food from the restaurant was OK, we got an upset stomach from the steak. Restaurant doesn't come to pick your plates up unless you call, the service could be better.
* We were told about mosquito fogging after we checked in requiring being out of the room for 3 hours. Thankfully our room wasn't done when I asked and we could stay, however the other Villas were around us were done which flooded our Villa with insect spray. We booked to have the Villa for us to wait for our evening flight, meaning we paid for 2 nights but only stayed the one with our 3 little kids so this was inconvenient and should have been disclosed upon booking.
* There was no hot water in our villa for showers and baths, the bath taps were quite broken.
* There was no airport transfer included.

The villa staff were great. Always helpful and smiling. Restaurant food was very good. Main pool area was nice.
The villa was very tired. Furniture was old/dated and damaged. Fridge door was covered in rust. One door to the outside wouldn't close properly and it wouldn't lock. Because the exterior door frame to the villa courtyard was damaged it looked like an attempted break-in so we were concerned about security as the bedroom safe was too small for our laptops. According to a plaque in reception these villas won an award for excellence 11 years ago. Unfortunately they need refurbishing and refreshing to re-establish this level

the restaurant was good on site. the view out to the pool/garden area from the restaurant is just stunning. staff also happy to serve you breakfast in your villa. the garden/pool area that is public is gorgeous. all staff so obliging. good quality and lovely furniture in the villa and really large comfortable beds. i adored the half outside bathrooms. short walk to the beach (about 3 mins at most?) restaurant food good. we felt the resort was done to a very high standard and superb value for money. loved our own pool. the villas are all private. you do not see anyone else's villa when you are in your own so total privacy for using your pool etc. recommend anyone staying there. would go back in a minute!
only issue is the kitchen. you have a hob but no pan (one provided immediately upon request). i had no issue with this as i did not want to cook but it seemed odd to have a kitchen that did not have the basics you would need for cooking. my husband did want to use it for a couple of minor things and staff immediately actioned his requests so no cause for complaint.

The location in Seminyak was ok, great if you wanted to be in that area, but far from other tourist spots. The villa itself had areas of mismatched paint and seemed a little dated.

Villa pool was awesome
Bed was very uncomfortable. Mattress was OK but the bed frame was held together with zip ties. We ended putting the mattress on floor. The top room in our villa kept dropping the power out and stopped working for a few ours until fixed.

Poor rooms with paint coming off, lizards, moths, flies, dragon flies, mosquitos in the washroom and room. You sit on the WC with 4 lizards hovering over you, you wash your hands with moth n flies accompanying you. Not recomended. Check out within an hour.

Bali Aromas villas are found in a beautiful garden setting with lots of space in well kept grounds with a large pool, and restaurant. The villas are spacious as well, loved the outside bathroom, lovely and warm at night The private pool with lots of space gives you that luxurious feel. It's as good as the pictures if not better. The villas are a short walk (200m) to the beach not on a road but a lane way and are tucked away. They are a quiet oasis to return to after a busy and noisy day especially if you have been in traffic. Within easy walking distance along the beach are restaurants, local warungs, and 5 star hotels as well if you want to spend up on meals. You have the whole range of food outlets at your disposal. We loved the private pool, great for relaxing,and sitting around on the loungers.
The staff were fantastic , couldn't ask for more.

The overall vibe of the place was not good. Very dim lights in rooms and living room.pool was not cleaned and it is deep from a splash pool point of view. In our 4 night stay 2 days we did not get hot water. Management of issue was not good and it was very disappointing. It’s a old property and

The villa was beautiful. Plenty of room. The outside kitchen and bathrooms were amazing with open sky's. Looking at the moon and stars whilst having a bath and shower and not to mention sitting on the throne lol.
Staff were so kind and helpful. Very lovely people. Food was awesome. The meals were superb.
The big pool was so nice and deep. Our private pool was also a great place to cool off after a big day's adventure.
Great location, so close to Mari beach club, Finns beach club. Would definitely stay again.

The house with its own pool was a blessing. It was serene, comfortable, and enjoyable.
