Le calme, le confort de la suite rubis, la proximité de la médina et l’accueil de l’équipe de l’établissement

A real cosy Riad to calm at the Center of Marrakesh. The staff is really friendly, especially Rachid at the reception. He is doing such a great job, hopefully he will be the manager of raid in day!
Nothing at all.

everything was up to par!
they sell alcohol here but don't have a licence to sell it, then overcharge you for the privilege of having it and demand cash only to settle the bill. BEWARE!

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Helped with any issues we had and gave excellent customer service and advice about the city.
We had a slight issue with the shower bit it was sorted instantly by staff who were excellent.

En plein dans la médina, on peut tout faire à pied. Le Riad est très beau, calme et le personnel charmant. Hicham s'est occupé de nous avec grande attention. Merci !!

Nothing to like
Poor service from the director suleman who was rude ,patronising and disrespectful towards my wife when he should have been welcoming us and when I asked what the additional charges were for upon settling payments he just said “you should have read terms and conditions “

A very laid back place with a nice swimming pool
The location is very bad, it is not at all where it pretends to be on google map, and we felt a bit stranded there. We left early.
The food is pretty bad and breakfast was not even ready by 8 o’clock. It is also not the cleanest property, very run down, very dusty.

Everything was great ! Lovely hotel, room and staff
Breakfast could have been a bit more diverse

Great location within the lively medina, and riad was a peaceful oasis nonetheless. Beautifully decorated throughout, and rooftop garden was a lovely green and floral environment in which to have breakfast and take a relaxing dip. Views over city and Atlas Mountains beyond.

1.The people, Soulsimane, Hicham, .. it felt more like a home than hotel, they took great care of me during the time
2.Their breakfasts, the Riad put their hallmark in them and they came across as special and were authenticity Moroccan
3.The main plunge pool on the terrace and terrace
3.5
Comfy bed, lovely breakfast, plunge pool
Cleanliness of pool/terrace. Seat and lounger cushions dirty and seating had bird droppings on. Original bedroom was not fit for purpose especially if you had mobility issues. Getting an alcoholic drink on return to the property at night was not always possible.

In spite of our reservation, on arrival they didn't have a room due to overbooking! At the latest they knew that in the morning, and yet didn't phone to let us know and didn't organise alternative accommodation. Following a long drive we then lost two and a half hours visiting two other riads before finding a room for one night. The following morning we lost another few hours and the cool of the day while they moved us back to their riad. They did give us a delicious free dinner, however, the situation should never have arisen.

it’s traditional rooms and the Moroccan feel
there is no lift :)

Rooftop is nice for breakfast, But like everywhere the same bread and marmalade..no choice....
they gave me a bed downstairs ..humid and no view.. impossible to find your way back to the hotel

good location
It just was not what I expected nothing like the pictures on booking it seemed run down and dusty.. people smoking in lobby no mineral water in your room and no welcoming tea upon arrival ( had to request)
However the staff was friendly and attentive no complaints there.

The Riad has everything going for it and offers a unique place to stay in Marrakesh. The rooms are individual and the roof terrace is a homely place to have breakfast. The location is good and handy for entering the centre of the souks, accessing restaurants and central.sites.
We were placed in a better room on arrival and then moved to a less nice room. The room we moved to to be fair matched our booking but it's not nice to move to something less appealing. The shower head in the room we moved to was not attached to the wall and was not fixed when requested. We experienced a problem. paying for the room at check out as the hotel's machine wouldn't connect to WiFi. We were told that the hotel could not process payment via booking.com but in the end the did. Overall the Riad has potential but just needs a bit of investment to spruce it up and make the customer service at reception better.

The location was great - in the thick of the old city but a quiet street that was wide and off a main street. There was also a little convenience shop on the corner for water and snacks. The property was beautiful too - a gorgeous courtyard with an orange tree, plush sitting areas and traditional decor. The staff were so helpful, polite, friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was amazing - traditional style, lovely and fresh with gorgeous cakes.

location in Medina
our room had a damp smell in evening when we ran the tap in sink
2.5
The breakfast was very simple, however could have been better. Interior seating spaces were nice.
There wasn’t sufficient framing around door to room to block noise. The room was overlooking a courtyard close to the reception area, which could be noisy at times. Staff tended to smoke in courtyard beneath our room. AC wasn’t working, and no instructions on how to program tv.
Rooftop areas were dreadful, plants dead, pool dirty, and furniture dusty.

Excellent location and very helpful staff. The Riad is quiet and it was easy to walk to most places. Breakfast was lovely and despite the chilly mornings we could eat on the terrace. Very relaxing. The terrace is very nice.
Our room was a bit small and the bathroom was open to the room so it didn't provide any privacy. However the bed was comfortable and big.

It was a lovely Riad in a great location and the staff were very friendly and tried to help.
We ordered a taxi from the hotel to meet us at the Airport ... it never arrived which was not a great start to the holiday.

Breakfast was simple and traditional . We asked for fresh fruit and they were happy to provide. The staff were so helpful and kind and tried very hard to make our stay enjoyable. Great location and easy to find. Bed was really comfortable but the room had no windows which was a bit strange!
I think it lacked a bit of tlc. Maybe some candles lit in the evenings and all the fires lit in the morning and evenings would help take the chill off. Also a general tidy up of the terrace would be good (eg. random cushions strewn around, broken sun shades and lanterns and some very dead plants !)

The staff were very friendly.
The property was well situated.
The room was very small and it certainly wasn’t luxurious though over rooms in the riad looked more appealing.

very well situated. extremely nice staff. wonderful terrace
the room is a bit small. the bathroom lacks comfort (no real separation between bed position and bathroom spot)
4.5
Beautiful interior, lovely roof terrace with small pool.
