Immer wieder gerne

Super nettes Personal und gute Lage in Bezug auf Anbindung in die innenstadt. Bushaltestelle, die zur Metrostation fährt, ist nur 150 Meter entfernt (neben ALDI Markt). Man ist also innerhalb von 20 bis 30 Minuten in der innenstadt. Ausserdem hat man die Möglichkeit das Fahrzeug in der Tiefgarage zu parken. Daneben stehen im Aussenbereich einige Parkplätze zur Verfügung; das Tor wird Abends geschlossen und man kommt nur mit Zimmerkarte rein.

Das Hotel ist in der Enflugschneise des Flughafens Toulouse. Das Verkehrsaufkommen ist allerdings gering und hat sich dann für mich eigentlich nicht als wirkliches Problem herausgestellt. Wollte es einfach nur erwähnen, da ich zunächst überrascht war und nichts davon in den Kommentaren gelesen hatte.

The best support I have ever had ...

After a trip of 1250 km. we need to rest in a safe, clean and welcoming hotel. I found all these and, above all, we stay in a room very cute and super clean. It is strange to say that, without seeing anybody due to the reception closed at our arrival, I receive the best support I have ever had from an Hotel. A special thanks to Victoria and to a Sir. of the staff that help me to enter in the garage (sorry but I was so tired that I didn't thank you and neither ask you the name). I will for sure come back in this Hotel and I suggest all to do the same.

Decent hotel a bit far from the centre with nice breakfast and spacious rooms next to the Hippodrome

The room or more precisely almost apartment was much larger than I expected. I would say it was even too big for me, as I was staying alone so I didn't really take advantage of the spaciousness of the place. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, but you had to pay extra for it. Despite the hotel being located next to the Hippodrome, there was no disturbing noise or unpleasant smell.

The cleanliness was not spotless, but it was not a major problem. The location of the hotel is not the best, it is far from the centre and other places.

the perfect choice for travellers with vehicles/bikes!

the staff were incredibly kind & helpful! the rooms were a very fun vintage aesthetic, and the full kitchen was a fantastic addition

we are travellers who like to walk, and unfortunately this hotel was quite out of the way from the main town (45-60 minute walk) but it is a quick drive (15-20 minutes). So definitely need a car or to pay for Ubers/taxis whenever you want to do anything.

- Great free underground parking! For us, it's super important. - Good wifi - Kitchen! with Aldi supermarket next to the hotel it's perfect. - 5 minutes from the main road - Nice and helpful, English-speaking desk lady.

- Woke up from the outside construction noise, the windows are not soundproof. I guess they could have put us on the other side of the hotel... They must know there is a construction...There are so many rooms. If not that I would rate it 9. - The refrigerator was super noisy but that's normal... It always happens with hotels that offer kitchens. - We had a trash can that was not empty in the room... - They expect you to clean the kitchen and return it as it was but there is no room to dry the dishes and no towel to dry them by hand...

Great location to go to Hippodrome

The rooms are huge clean and very comfortable. It’s located next to the pony club which is an event venue for most of the summer parties !!

Very comfortable and a hotel I will go back to, if I ever visit Toulouse again. :)

A very nice location, calm but also (so) close to the Poney Club, which I found was great. And very nice staff, I don't know the name of the receptionist amymore, but she was very helpful and kind, I really appreciated it, even tough my french was so bad.

I was at first confused, because I knew I had to know the code to get in, but realized it kinda late. So it's maybe more my clumsiness, but maybe it would help, if it's explicitly written, that you can only enter with the code. Maybe it was my fault, that I didn't read the mail properly, if so, my bad, the rest was extraordinary.

The 'suite' was spacious the linen and towels were nice quality.

No kettle, no tea or coffee in room. This is a time during Covid and curfew. You have to eat in your room. No washing up liquid or cleaning sponge is provided - yet the hotel knows the current situation. You have to request it.... When we realised, the reception was closed - we therefore had to use shampoo to wash the dishes !! The balcony was filthy, the floor of the room was dirty. We found a half bottle of vodka in the fridge.... You have to 'borrow' an iron and hairdryer from reception. The pillows were all hard foam and not comfortable.
